Nice little packable gizmo
I bought this on a whim during a recent trip, after I noticed the hotel room smelled a little (the seasonal switch from a/c to heat). Night light is a bonus! This is now a permanent addition to my travel kit, and on my stocking stuffer list.

Honestly this is the second time I bought this product. The first time I returned it because it didn't work but I saw it again a couple years later and I was so hoping that I would get a nice aroma out of it. Well I've had it plugged in now for almost a half an hour and there's no smell to it. My package also said it came with three refill pads and there are only two. I was so excited when I saw it again because I wanted to work but it's just not putting out any smell. Can you help?

Disappointed but will buy another.
Worked the first few days very well. I bought the 8 pack of pursonic oils to refill. That worked fine. Now, a month later, it will not open to get the filter out and change scents plus it does not put out a noticeable aroma at all. I am so disappointed. I will get another and see if this one was a defect.

I purchased this about a month ago and it has never worked. I was going to just throw it out since I got it from TJMaxx for $6 but that's wasteful right? The little bugger lights up, but there's no sound or fragrance. It just sits there...looking blue.

Besides the fact that MANY people are reporting that this is an overpriced piece if junk, the only place to get refill pads is the pure enrichment website. I went their website to discover they only accept credit cards. ( NO ONE USES GPAY, LIKE ZERO PEOPLE) I do not use credit cards or even own one for online shopping because I'm not dumb. Also they over charge for the pads and so it's $5 for the pads and then they double their money with $5 for shipping. Do not bother with this product. I wonder how many other pure enrichment products they pulls this scam with? Be very wary of any company that only has spare part/accessories on their website and no where else and only accepts credit cards. Huge red flags.

No Aroma and came with only 1 small Pad
I tried this Diffuser in the Car and in a room which is smaller than 90 Sq.Ft. I could not tell that any aroma was diffused from this device. It was not what I expected. I wish it was more powerful and did create the PureSpa Aroma, that I hoped for. The pads were much smaller than the compartment that they are going in. It looks smaller and only has two holes compared to what is displayed in the enclosed instruction booklet. Which shows a rectangular pad with three holes. I requested some pads form Pureenrichment, and was told that these would be sent out to me after I left my review.

Doesnt last, cant smell anymore
Not strong enough and takes forever to heat up. No matter how much oil I use it just fades immediately. I have a Subaru ascent and the smell doesn’t leave the front area. Don’t use anymore.

Perfect for car
I plugged in the travel diffuser in my car and love it! It puts off just the right amount of scent for the small area so that is not overpowering. I’m going on a cruise next week and plan to bring it with me for use in the cabin. Should be wonderful!!

These are TERRIFIC!!
I am very happy with the PureSpa USB Diffuser. It plugs easily into my USB port and gives off the perfect amount of fragrance. The light is soft and not a distraction. I gave one to my cousin. Her boyfriend "borrowed" it & likes it so much, he won't give it back.

I got nothing. Used several brands of oil and just nothing. The only way you would smell it is if you have it in hand. Plugged in it did nothing but glow blue
