Q: does the liquid work as well as the thicker tub version, at removing water proof mascara?

  • A: Easily takes off eye&lip cosmetics. I use reg+waterproof mascara & this takes it off so easily. No hard rubbing req'd. No eye irritation. Removes even 16hr lip stain easily. Beats baby oil hands-down.

    INCREDIBLE

    This is the ONLY eye makeup remover I've ever tried that not only take off my mascara QUICK and easily without tugging AND doesn't leave a horrible film in my eyes. I highly recommend this Take the Day Off Makeup Remover for eye makeup.

    Great for long lasting mascara!

    First shake well, then apply to a cotton pad and this removes the mascara away! I have sensitive skin and causes no irritation.

    Best waterproof makeup remover

    This is the best waterproof makeup remover I have tried. It is gentle with my eyes and skin. It removes my waterproof maskara in seconds, with very minimal effort. I don't think I can go back to any other makeup remover after this one.

    The packaging is really hard to open. I tried to follow the small picture on the cap and was unsuccessful. I spent too much time trying to open it for the first time, it hurt my hand! Avoid unless you think you can open the product.

    Excellent Removal and Non Irritating

    I came back to using this eye makeup remover and so glad I did. I have sensitive eyelids that can get chaffed or red and this truly helps alleviate that issue. Love this stuff and it's worth every cent!

    I've tried a lot of products claiming to do the job easily...not true. This is by far the best one I've used. I'm 74 and have tried quite a few. This one is true to the product name...love it!

    Great When the Cap Works

    I received a sample size and discovered it is definitely worth ordering a larger size. It takes very little to remove mascara and makeup and does not dry the skin. I would give it 5 stars EXCEPT when I did order a regular size, the wonderful, marvelous child-proof lid jammed, trapping all of the expensive product out of reach. I've had no luck removing the lid based on the advice given on this site plus multiple reads on the internet. I'm not the only complaint yet Clinique continues to include the horrible lid. Shame.

    Great Product

    This product is wonderful when you just need to take your makeup off. I also like how it has a mini size for when your on the go or need to travel. Clinique is wonderful with not adding in a bunch fragrances or other things that could irritate sensitive skin.
