    Wouldn't recommend

    I wanted to love this because it applies well. However, this is not a last all day foundation. This was unfortunately terrible and by the end of the day mostly off my face. I used the powder after applying too and that didn't help.

    Great foundation

    Have been using this for years. However, my skin tone changed recently and it's been difficult to find the correct shade of foundation. Finally went a lot lighter with the shade Buff, and it's perfect! Very happy with this purchase.

    My Go-to Foundation

    This has been my go-to foundation for years! It works very well for my dry, 30 year old skin and covers up redness in my cheeks. I use a primer underneath and blend with a beauty sponge. The coverage is medium to buildable. I will be so sad if they stop making this! I wear shade Breeze. Other brands I wear are Haus Labs in 070 and Nars Radiant Tinted Moisturizer in Terre-Neuve.

    Natural finish that covers

    This is the best foundation. It gives lightweight coverage that you can build if you need to. I can wear a range of colors, but when you find that perfect color, you are set. I have sensitive skin and have never broken out from this formula. It not drying or too dewey. I have no reason to switch.

    Wonderful foundation!

    I have been a loyal Clinique customer for 50 years and have tried dozens of great products in that time. I love the Even Better Makeup, as it provides excellent coverage (even for 71 year old skin!) without caking, settling in wrinkles, or looking too heavy. I have recommended it to much younger friends, and they love it too. I highly recommend it for all ages!

    Love the colors

    It can be so hard to find a color for my complexion. But I have found that there is always a color to match my complexion when I'm tan in the summer to pale in the winter. The color always looks natural and stays on .

    I probably will buy it again

    I can't say I love it but I like it and will continue to use it. I am 79 years old and can't seem to find a foundation that I'm thrilled over but this one does quite well. It covers well, it's hydrating but doesn't cause blemishes. It does settle a little in the lines but not really bad. I does last all day. I imagine in the summer time you would have to redo.

    Not for DRY SKIN

    I was skeptical when this said for alm skin types and i was right. It left cheeks under my eyes near my nose red like the skin was irritated. At first I thought it was because I was in Alaska and the cold wind were causing redness so I stopped wearing it in vacation. However, when I returned to California it did the same thing on day 2 of wearing it. I also feel like my skintone looks uneven while wearing this foundation but I'm not sure why. But everytime I put it on I feel like my skintone looked more even without the foundation.

    I just started using this & it's the only foundation that works on my dry, mature, skin! It doesn't emphasize my wrinkles & I don't have an allergy to the ingredients!

    I've been using this for YEARS AND YEARS … it is the best !!! Goes on smooth and is gentle on skin. Gives great coverage and SPF protection. No smell. A liittle goes a long way. Bottle lasts me at least a year. I will never use another brand. So many color choices too.

    I have been using the Clinique tinted moisturizer for years and wanted to try something with a little more coverage, so I tried the even better and it was exactly what I wanted: better coverage but still natural looking.

    Excellent Coverage

    I used Clinique Superbalanced foundation for years. Wanting something with SPF, I decided to try Even Better Makeup. It was an adjustment. Superbalanced is lighter and blends to cover skin easier. After a couple of months, I found I was happier with my switch. The Even Better is a bit thicker, but gives great coverage. Plus I have the added bonus of SPF included in the product - not needing something extra.

    Don't Sleep on This One

    Listen, this is the first time a Clinique foundation has worked for me after nearly 3 decades of wearing foundation. The brand used to be too pink/orange and didn't go light enough for me, but shade CN 02 Breeze is PERFECT. The undertone is almost a greyish beige which is my holy grail and so hard to find. It balances the ruddiness in my face better than green color correcting products. The formula is really beautiful too; it's medium coverage, blends like a dream, doesn't crease or emphasize my large pores, and isn't overly matte or dewy. It's my ideal satin finish. Honestly I wouldn't have tried this foundation if it hadn't been offered as a free Diamond gift. I'm so glad I did, because I've been wearing it daily since I received it a couple of weeks ago. I'm ready to buy backups and look for my summer shade ahead of time.
