I've always used Maybelline. I've tried this. I wore it the first time when I got it the next morning I woke up with irritation in my eyes. I didn't wear it for about two weeks tried it again and the same thing happened. Anyone else?

Plum formula needs work
I am obsessed with the original bang mascara so i gave this plum shade a try. I found this shade was clumpy and seemed to dry up after just a few uses. Please work on the formula.

Bad reaction
I love Benefit. I use a couple different products so i couldnt wait to try this. The first time i put it on, I thought i was just having bad allergies from the seasons change. Nope. Tried a second time and my lids right where my lashes grow out started burning. I immediately had to take it off. Im 2 days out and im still irritated. No clue what caused it but if you're sensitive to products. Stay away

Beautiful Lashes
I have always worn black mascara up until 3-4 years ago as when women start aging black mascara tends to harden their look and a brown mascara works much better. I love this brand because it doesn't smear, smudge and is easy to remove.

Difficult to remove
I would mot buy this product again. It looks great on the lashes but the problem is that when you gently try and remove it you lose alot of your lashes.

I have consistently used this product
Applies easily, lengthens and separates my lashes. I have sensitive skin and have to be careful of products and I am happy with the formula.

wild plum is my favourite mascara i love it !!! Mascara lasts all day long and the mascara is a great investment i wouldnt be without it in my makeup bag great choice if shade and two sizes

Disappointed
I didn't want to believe the "it smudges" reviews because I love Benefit Rollerlash so how different could it be. Well it's true it smudges throughout the day. By the end of work I'm Rocket Racoon. Great deal during 21DOB but sadly it's going back.

Hard to Apply/Smudges on Face During Day
I only purchased this mascara because it came in brown. Unfortunately, Ulta still sent me the jet black color. I decided to still try to use it, mostly because I did not realize Ulta's mistake until after the return deadline. While I normally love Benefit products, I do not love this mascara. It is difficult to apply because it easily smudges and flakes off, leaving big clumps of thick, black product on my face. (I do not have this issue with other brands.) It clumps on my lashes, and then flakes all over my face when I try to use an eyelash separator to fix the clumping. During the day, the mascara will smudge onto my upper eyelid and into the outer corner of my eyes. (Again, I do not have this issue with other products.) On the bright side, it does make my lashes look nice and long. I just have to keep an eye on them during the day to remove any smudging that shows up.

First time user
I'm 65 and tried this mascara a few weeks ago when I attended NYFW. I have mixed reviews about it's performance. It did thicken my lashes and added a little length. However, it clumped terribly. Maybe I should have let the first coat dry completely before applying the second coat. I purchased via HSN so I basically received two for the price of one. I will continue to use it and hopefully it will do better. Maybe I'll give the other tube to my niece.
