Great. So durable, I can fit my hand in to clean. Comes with extra screens. Dishwasher safe. But I had wash to preserve color. I add 2 cups of boiling water to 6 spoonfuls of coffee, stir and let sit for 4 minutes, then press and pour in milk and it's still hot.

I don't have to worry about how long my coffee brews. It still stays hot. I had a glass French press and a pour-over coffee maker, and even with a towel wrapped around it, the coffee got cold fairly quickly. This one works great. It is comfortable to use. I chose it after reading reviews on other insulated French presses with sharp handles, etc.

This stainless steel french press looks great on my counter and clans well the dishwasher. It doesn't keep coffee hot as long as other brands, but I would still recommend it.

Love the quality, style and weight of this coffee press. It’s easy to use and makes 4 cups of bold coffee. After I pour my first cup, I transfer the rest of the coffee into a thermal mug to prevent further extraction and to keep coffee hot. The only downside of a coffee press is cleaning out the coffee grounds from the pot as well as from the press. It’s well worth this little inconvenience for a rich cup of coffee!

I've been using this for about a week now, and while I'm overall pretty pleased with it, I just hit a rather obnoxious issue -- the little knob at the top is not attached well at all! I just had to grab pliers and a rubber band in order to unscrew the filter, because when I tried to unscrew it it the knob was coming off instead...once that knob comes loose the only place you can grip to remove the filter is directly on the tiny little metal rod which is absolutely impossible to get any leverage on! Even with tools it took several attempts to get that filter removed. I still have those pieces from a couple of old presses in my cabinets (it's always the glass that breaks, which is why I bought a metal one this time!) so I just checked those to compare and even using pliers and clamps and everything in my toolbox I cannot get that top knob to budge on any of them -- including other models from Grosche! But this one comes off extremely easily. And I do kind of appreciate it being easy to take apart, but they should have reversed the thread on one end so that loosening the filter would *tighten* the knob! Now I'm going to have to put some loctite or superglue or something in there to fix their engineer's mistake... Otherwise it's nice though -- well insulated, feels pretty durable, and easy to clean...when I first unboxed it the sound of the metal scraping as you plunge it seemed pretty awful but it's not bad at all once you get some water in there! One other minor design flaw is there's no indicator on the top to know which way it is rotate -- I might give it a whack with a screwdriver and see if I can put a little dent in there too. There's an angle on the lid so that it's open to pour in one direction and closed to insulate in the other, but once you've pushed the plunger down the only way to tell which way the lid is facing is by bending over and peering through the spout...they should really have a little indent or dot above the pouring side.

It’s been a year and a half I think since we bought it. I think it’s a great durable item. Looks like new. The only thing that bothers me (which my husband pointed out at first) is that when you put the cap on, it is NOISY.

Arrived damaged, scratched and dented. Went with this one over cheaper ones for higher quality expected. Sorely disappointed

This pot makes 2-3 large cups of French-press coffee. It keeps contents piping hot, unlike the 2 glass French-press pots I had that let the coffee go cool while it was brewing. With the Grosche, the second cup is still hot, even without pre-heating the pot. I put in 1/3 cup fine-ground coffee, fill it with boiling water, put the top on, wait 5 minutes, then slowly push the plunger down. Great coffee. Solid, handsome, and functional. Goes through the dishwasher with no problem. So happy I found it!

I was using a glass French press till found this stainless steal French press. I first tried the glass and fell in love with the taste of hot coffee when pressed. Now we won’t use our coffee makes anymore. We were buying new machines every six months. Very happy i tried French Press. Glass units are great but this stainless steal is the one to purchase. It’s truly stainless steal thick walls insulated! Keeps it so hot better than coffee maker

This is by far the best French press I’ve owned. It’s completely stainless steel - no plastic parts inside. Keeps your coffee hot. It makes a great cup of coffee without the grounds or a lot of silt making it past the filters. Easy to clean and dishwasher safe. I also appreciate that the spout is well designed and has an easy and neat pour.

Makes great coffee and this press keeps the coffee hot for a very long time. Easy to clean. I recommend it highly as the best French press.

This is a really nice french press, great quality and easy to use.

I bought this after breaking the glass versions. The stainless steel is great, it's slightly insulated and keeps the coffee warm. I didn't notice anything different with taste, coffee tastes great to me. I also tried for cold brew concentrate and works perfectly. Looks good, works well, lid fits and doesn’t fall off when pouring, filter hugs the sides not letting crud into my coffee. Cleans easy and very Durable.

Absolutely love making pressed coffee! This french stainless steel coffee press is great! The quality and design is awesome and keeps coffee hot longer then the leading glass presses. Easy to clean and wash as well. Pour spout is well designed not to leak everywhere while pouring ur drink into a cup. Looking forward to making loose tea in this as well. Used it already to make both hot coffee and cold coffee and it worked just great. Care and instructions came in well shipped package. Highly recommend this product for better tasting and keeping ur coffee or tea hot longer to enjoy!

I really like this stainless steel French press as I would like to use it long term and it’s durable. Easy to clean and looks good as well. I am enjoying this product in my kitchen.

Nice versatile French press made of good quality steel. The plunger’s mesh is very fine hence no coffee grinds in the coffee. I am using it to brew cold coffee and the coffee was amazing. It can also be used for tea; just add the tea leave, let it steep and press the plunger. The press’ size is perfect for me to fill 2 travel mugs.
