IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye Concealer - 0.4 fl oz - Ulta Beauty

This concealer does what it’s supposed to do: it conceals your dark circles and any skin imperfections. It withstands perspiration, rain, and even an occasional wiping of a stubborn tear. You need to dispense a very little amount onto the back of your hand and spread it with your ring finger into a thin layer. Then use the same finger and pat it on your under eye circles. Now you have perfect coverage. So why am I not giving it a 5 star rating? Because this concealer leaves your under eye area excessively shiny and I don’t like that. I have to use a neutral tone loose powder to matte it down. And it works perfectly because it not only takes away the shine, but also sets and blends the under eye area with the rest of your face. No, I didn’t receive any perks from IT Cosmetics. This review is honest and truthful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this product as it hides redness and dark circles. However I'm sensitive under the eye area, but use it on my nose and cheeks, before applying my It CC+ Cream illumination.

I use It CC cream and put my color in the color guide for this concealer and I'm bummed to say that it's not a good match. I play around with it and BLEND, but I don't use it often. I will say that you need VERY little so this little tube will last you I'd imagine close to a year!

Bought this product because I like waterproof concealer and my favorite Lancome concealer has been discontinued. Unfortunately, this is just another thick and goopy concealer that has a sheen you have to use powder to try to tone down.

I have dark circles under my eyes ans im8 58 it's hard finding a product to cover and smooth lines at my age. This is the best product for the price I have found! I also use the CC 50 + foundation and absolutely love it. I get lots of compliments on my skin!

I have to use a moisturizer first and then a tiny bit of the concealer. It works
