Love the camera, dont love the weird stuff
Received as a gift, I’ve seen a lot of people complaining about the image quality but in my opinion it’s very clear compared to other monitors I’ve had. I’ve seen no one else mention this but for some reason if my monitor is off but I leave the camera on, the night light turns on by itself (I’ve never once even touched this function), and it makes weird clicking noises. I’ve never connected it to WiFi so im not worried about hackers but it does creep me out so it’s inconvenient to have to turn off both the monitor and camera each time.

Does it work? Yes. Is it easy to set up? Yes. Can you generally see what is going on? Yes. Is the picture clear? No. There is also a delay. There also is no light to indicate that the volume is muted, which other monitors have.

Constantly drops connection on both WiFi and direct connections and takes way too long to reconnect and usually involves power cycling the actual camera which is terrible since it’s in the bedroom of a SLEEPING BABY!

The video quality of the monitor is absolutely terrible; it displays a very choppy/pixelated view. As our baby moves, the picture gets so blurred from the pixelation, we can't tell what exactly is going on with his movements. Due to this, we basically just use it for the sound and go physically check him when we hear him get fussy since the video is unreliable.

Clunky Setup, Short Lifespan
From the beginning, setting up this baby monitor felt clunky and unintuitive. Only one camera could connect directly to the device at a time, even though both feeds were visible on the monitor. We were able to make it work since we only used it during nap times, but the limitations were noticeable. After just 1.5 years, the monitor completely stopped functioning despite the device lights still turning on and shows it is charging indefinitely. Given the price point, this failure is very disappointing and frustrating.

Probably as good as the come
Decent monitor overall. Honestly, based on our experience, both personally and with friends and family, all modern video monitors have some disadvantages. They are all more fragile than you would think, not super intuitive, and bug out occasionally. We have two of these for over 20+ months and they still work well overall. One functions phenomenally across a large house. The other had the antenna breaks and loses connection for a minute or two once a night or so but always comes back. They sometimes lag when you try to move the camera around but having some patience never hurt. We would buy these again. They don't have some super bright light that keeps the kids up, their night vision is pretty good, it's not hard to set up at a new location. I'm sure there are a fair amount of lemons as with all modern manufacturing but just return if it's truly buggy and try again with a new unit off the factory line.

Frustrating!
When I first received the monitor it was perfect and extremely easy to set up and use. I also used the app on my phone all the time to see my baby. I really love the large screen and 2 monitors. Then around 10 months to a year the monitor kept telling me to do a software update and would beep all the time at me to do it. We finally did the update and then it would no longer connect to our wifi. I am livid!! I have tried everything that is recommended and have tried everything multiple times. The monitor will not connect at all! My wifi pw has been the same for 10 years, so I know it’s not my wifi that’s having issues. I emailed the company and they told me everything I already researched myself and then gave me 5% off a new one. This is a $200 monitor!! I would not recommend this baby monitor!

Loved for awhile, but after 10 months of use the night vision on one of the cameras has gone out, but I bought just over a year ago so out of warranty.

Do Not Buy!!
We had this monitor set up for two different rooms. The pictures and sound was great… and it worked for two hours! The screen was black but there was intermittent sound coming from it? What a joke. Returned immediately.

Bright light turns on middle of the night
If I could do zero stars I would. We’ve had multiple brand new replacements through insurance because the light randomly will turn on and off in the dark baby room throughout the night suddenly waking up the baby and scaring the toddler. We’ve done all the hacks to try to make it stop none of them work. We asked them if they could just send us an old model without a light attached to the camera, but they refuse. I do not understand why they would put a light on the camera inside of the room, it feels like they’re trying to compete with sound machines by adding this unneeded not working new feature. I would stay away from this company for a while until they figure out this problem. Your monitor might work for a while… but if your babies suddenly waking up, and you don’t know why the light might have flicked on and off.

handheld wifi feature removed
This camera is advertised online as having wifi on the parent unit as well as the handheld. We purchased one 2 years ago that had this feature. The camera is going bad and the battery in the handheld is as well. Went to buy it again and they removed wifi from the handheld. This used to let you connect via router to camera instead of direct mode which uses radio. Very disappointed. It's being returned

Terrible product! This is your warning not to buy!
I’ve owned multiple baby monitors from this brand and they are all terrible! Save your money. I’ve reached out to support multiple times and they did not respond after I followed instructions because the units are faulty. I’ve bought 3 and they’re all the same. The recording is spotty so if something happens and you try to pull the video it might not even be there. Also images are blurry and pixelated when looking through the live feed. The monitor stopped working the first month all 3 times I purchased this.
