A: It ultimately depends on the weather & what you're doing. Some customers can apply Thigh Rescue once and run a marathon, while others may need to reapply during a long walk through the park in 90*F degree weather. As fellow chafers, we know there's no hard & fast rule for how long one application can last. Every body and situation are different. We recommend using the Thigh Rescue Mini for on-the-go in case a reapplication is needed!
