Excellent Roaster!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am using this roaster tonight again because it is awesome! I wanted to get a roaster that I could safely and easily life out the chicken, turkey, or ham to slice without having to worry about the drippings being spilled out. This is one of my new favorite pieces to use in the kitchen. It is deep and holds a large turkey and I was able to include all of our veggies, stuffing, etc right in the same pan even with the rack. You can also use it without the rack to make an amazing roast with all of the veggies. It heated all of the food evenly and the rack helped keep the veggies from getting soggy! I would absolutely recommend this pan and my favorite feature is that it is non stick so clean up was a breeze!

My first attempt to cook a chicken was perfect. I was really impressed on how the whole chicken just fell off the bone after cooking. Looking forward to cooking a Turkey and much more! Following the care and washing instructions, the roaster still looks brand new.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Any time in the past that we've done a big family meal we have used disposable aluminum roasting trays for our turkeys and hams. I wanted something that would not only cook better but look much more presentable for our family meals. This pan has done the trick. Our food comes out much better as it's raised and not sitting flat on some cheap aluminum pan. I wish I had gotten one of these years ago. Can't wait to use it again for the holidays this year. Highly recommend.

No need to use a spray, it is non-stick…which is great for homemade gravy. Just add your flour and water…yum.

I am able to cook the meat and then easily lift the meat from pan while leaving the juices in the pan. The roaster has a pour notch in one corner so that you can easily drain the juice from the pan. It is also safe to put on a burner so I can just put it directly on the stove to make gravy from the leftover juice. So convenient!

I cooked a ham in this pan with the rack and wow it cooks evenly plus the easy clean up in great. Plus you can make a casserole in this roaster pan for a big family like mine with ease and yes even cooking with out the rack the pan its self is easy clean up and no stick.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You see a lot of different kinds of roasters these days but when it comes to a traditional meal, nothing beats a good oven roaster. This manages to tick the boxes for what makes a traditional roaster a great choice, adding on some of the newer easier to clean elements of the modern. I found it was quite easy to get a consistent cook on a medium turkey, full bodied enough to go for a bigger bird even. Cleaning it was a breeze; didn’t need a long soak since I got to it once it was cooled enough. The material doesn’t seem like it would have a sticking issue if you did leave it a while longer. I love the easily removable rack, the fit makes it easy to take apart but completely stable in use. All in all a great reliable choice for a traditional roasted meal!

In love with roaster
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with this KitchenAide Hard-Anodized Roaster. It is a great size for a turkey or chicken. My husband even use it on the grill to cook 2 Chickens. It roasted the chicken perfectly. It can be used for so much more also. You can even cook cinnamon rolls in it! I loved that has multiple uses. Clean up is a breeze with if. Everything washes right off with soap and water. It is a true nonstick!
