I do not like the size of these though because these are huge. It's hard to swallow and I gag so bad taking them. For that reason, I've only taken them a few times. If they were smaller, I could take them everyday. I've taken ashwaganda in the post and it's been beneficial but I don't think it's worth it struggling to swallow these.

So far it seems to be doing a decent job. My only complaint is that it says to take it with food, and I usually take Ashwaganda when I wake up. So, I've had to adjust some.
