Poorly made

Many of the holes didn’t line up so the screws were unable to be put in and I couldn’t assemble the bookcase. It’s pretty flimsy and the bottom of one of the posts came off as well. Even if it was able to be built it would have scratched the floor without the post cap.

Holes dont like up.

Holes on one side of the base don’t line up so I can’t even put it together. I had to open the box and take them up piece by piece because it was too heavy to get upstairs to my apartment alone. Now I have to figure out how to get them all back downstairs, in the box, in my car, and returned to Target. Absolute nightmare. I don’t understand why you can’t just request replacement parts.

Great Shelf

This is a great bookshelf and it was easy to build. I love the colors and the instructions were pretty clear. My only complaints are the screws aren’t gold and didn’t attach the cross gold pieces because they seemed unnecessary.

Functional with lots of room!

This is lovely! Bookcases are expensive so I found this to be good value. It took about 40 min for my spouse and I to put together. The instructions were clear. You’ll need a screwdriver.
