Bassinet pad unsafe after wash
I absolutely loved this product at first. After about a week, I decided to wash the bassinet pad after a spit up. The tag says it is machine washable on delicate cycle and to drip dry. The problem is that the foam insert inside is inaccessible. After the delicate wash cycle, it is bunched up and spun around in a way that is impossible to get straightened out. I spent over an hour trying to carefully reposition the foam insert through the outer cover, but it will never flatten out again. The result is a lumpy, uneven pad that will not lay flat. I would never consider letting my baby sleep on it now that it is not a flat surface. I am extremely dissapointed.

Not Thrilled
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed with this Pack 'n Play. The mattress is poorly supported in the center, causing it to sag and then makes the plastic base permanently bend. Our child has not even been using this product for a year (and only sporadically at best), and the mattress is basically unusable, not to mention unable to be properly cleaned. We’ve owned other Pack 'n Plays without this issue. This design appears flawed and I would not recommend it.

Must have baby item
Was gifted this at my baby shower and I’m so glad I did. Weight kept it in our living room. The bassinet attachment was perfect for my newborn and was nice to have a safe/clean area to change them. Perfect setup with the added storage on the side and so nice and easy to travel with!

Heavy and Not Ideal for Travel, Better for Home Use
I ended up returning this because it was just too heavy and bulky. The setup is more complicated compared to other travel cribs I've used, it is not easy to carry or pack. While the additional attachments feel sturdy and well made, I wouldn't recommend this for air travel or vacations. I think it works better if you're moving it between rooms at home or short distances, but for true travel, I prefer something lighter and more straightforward.

Perfect! I actually used this as my babies main crib while we transitioned out of the bassinet but we’re not ready to move her out of our room. Super easy to assemble and once built very safe.

Don't follow are instructions on bassinet pad
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Same as others, I'm learning that the care instructions for the bassinet pad are not correct. We washed ours and it no longer fits. It looks like we can't even buy a replacement! Otherwise, this play yard has been wonderful.

Do not buy, cannot wash pads
I have the same problem as many others. I've been using the item for 11 days and now the bassinet pad is unsafe and not usable because it bunches up after washing. If you buy this, make sure to cover it because washing ruins it. They also do not sell replacement parts.

Such a great purchase for our little one! This Pack ’n Play has been a lifesaver from the newborn stage and still works great now that my baby’s older. It’s super easy to set up and move around, which I love for travel. The newborn insert, changing table and removable bassinet were perfect in those early months, and now we use it more for sleep when traveling. Everything feels sturdy and comfortable. Beware of very hard protrusions at the head and foot of basinet where it clips to play pen!!!
Overall satisfied with play pen, but make sure to put basinet away BEFORE baby can stretch and reach the edge there are hard protrusions (where the basinet clips to the play pen) that babies head can hit. This defect should be fixed!

Mattress Pad Misshapen
We bought this and were so excited to use it for our travels to family, but are rather disappointed in the mattress. Our baby spits up quite a bit and so we pulled off the mattress pad and clean it per instructions. It is very bunched up and beyond saving- completely unsafe for our baby to sleep on. I would love a replacement mattress and then I’ll buy a waterproof topper to avoid the situation again. I think this needed to be more clear that it’s not going to be usable after wash. Customer service fixing this situation would turn this 1 star to 5 if they can remedy the mattress pad.
