When the tv works it's great, I've had it for 3 months. And it's already has a dead backlight. Seems it a common issue on Vizios TVs with no solution. Can't even use it.

I had my eye on this and when the price dropped I jumped on it and bought it. I found it a little difficult to get it set up. You have to download the Vizio app to connect the TV and I could not get the app to work. I watched a video and finally got the tv to start up. That process could be easier. I don’t know if it was my internet causing problems but it took longer than other brands I’ve had before. Once I got it setup I was very pleased with the picture. It’s a great TV and I’m glad I got it.
Visual is damaged after exactly 1 yr and 5 days.

5 days post manufacturer warranty, display has blinking screen. Contact the technical support they were very nice but of course there's nothing they can do about the warranty this needs a full replacement. It's the weekend so had I turn on the TV earlier during the work week I may have caught it good luck to you if you bought this.

I've had this tv a month or so, bought it to replace a lightning damaged vizio tv. Love my old vizio. This one, not so much. They did fix the remote (turn off screen by holding mute) in an update, but every night, it turns itself off at least once. Had to do a factory reset to re-pair my headset to the tv after it glitched last week. Considering returning it, but I don't another tv, I want this one to work like it's supposed to!

The first ship dat was for 11:19 p.m. on a Friday evening, August 8. What could possibly go wrong! The next notice states only that shipping is delayed, and that's been the message well into the evening of August 9. Cancellation is not allowed because, according to Target, the package cannot be located. I'll guess the "lost" package is related to the description on the box that a 55" tv is inside.

I love the Vizio brand and the total amount of functionality the smart TV gives us. Vizio has done a great job engineering this smart TV and the new QLED, 4K resolution is unreal. Picture quality is exceptional and the watch free app, we use the music stations for background music in our house. All in all, Vizio represents the best value and quality we can find.

Unhappy with the tv going to the Home Screen when it is shut off. Other tvs stay on the last programming but we have to change the input with tv remote to get to the channel we want. So instead of only using one remote we need both.

I have had nothing but problems with the Tv being frozen everytime it is turned on. I have to unplug from wall, wait a few mins and then it works!
