For Migraine Sufferers

This is a game changer, just a heads up, when you first put it on (after it comes out of your freezer), it is very cold. That might be obvious but it is a bit of a shock to the system. You adjust after a moment but that initial shock can be a lot. Once you get over that, it is the best investment in migraine relief I have made in my 12 pluls years as a migraine sufferer who can get up to 4 migraines a week. It helps and when you need to lay down in total darkness this is the best thing. It stays cold for a long time. Recommendation for buyers; 1 put it on slowly your first time, 2 save the bag it comes in! It helps keep it clean in your freezer which you want because there is no putting th is in the washing machine.
