    It’s fine for what it is

    Convenient and cheap!

    Poor quality and doens't last. Motor speed too slow for tape after less than 6 months. Disappointing.

    Was very happy to be able to play my tapes again while I walk. Unfortunately, this is a poorly made unit. At first, the sound quality didn't bother me as I was just happy to have music again. However, after a few months of use, it just keeps getting slower, even with new batteries, so it's essentially worthless in less than 6 months. Unless you like tapes on super slow motion, do not buy.

    Works Well & Recommend

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago, and I’ve found it to work the same as what my cassette player in the 80’s/90’s did. The thing about this one is that it has a built in speaker, so you don’t have to wear headphones unless you want to. It also has a mic, giving the option to record onto a blank tape. Very cool and sounds great!

    Does good! Considering what you pay for it…

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just arrived today, I had purchased it to play some old tapes that I’ve had, the speaker it has is pretty decent. Good volume for the radio but a little bit more quiet when playing a cassette. The speed on the cassette is ok can hear that on certain cassettes it might be a tad bit slow but not enough to ruin the sound entirely. But considering what you pay for the item and the age of cassettes now it’s good to relive some memories.

    Good cheap cassette player

I only bought this to listen to cassettes so I don’t know how well the recording and mic work, but other than that, it plays cassettes great. I bought different headphones because I didn’t like the ones it came with, but that’s more of a personal preference. Overall it’s good for what I needed.
