Replacement pot
I purchased this pot to replace my 40 year old 8 qt. It’s slightly narrower and taller but does a fine job. My old one would wobble on my stove other than that it’s still usable.

Time Tested and THE BEST
I purchased this pot because it was a match to the pots in the set I've been using heavily for > 20 years. My 20+ year old Farberware cookware still look great after all these years of continual use. I have used Farberware since I bought them for myself as a college graduation gift in 1982. I tried another brand but quickly came back to Faberware. I like the classic style so much that I bought my two children’s families a set each.

Love my pans!
I was given a set of classic stainless Farberware 44 years ago. I have loved them ever since. In recent years some of the handles have cracked or become loose. 40 years of daily use is pretty impressive. They served me we, but i was devastated to think of having to replace them, especially with today's coated pans. I was so thrilled to find replacements 8 qt and 4 qt that I love on your website.

I still have my set of pots from 1960s wouldn’t give them away for nothing only thing I lost is someone borrowed my stock pot and never returned but I’m 84now and still make a lot of soup so I use my next one down , they still look like new love them they can have all these fancy pots lol thanks for such a great product

Longevity
We have had Farberware since 1967 and it is still excellent. We are transiting to an induction unit and are now replacing pots and pans with induction ready cookware.

Disappointed
I had faberware pots for over 55 years. I decided to buy new ones. I bought the 6 oz and 8 oz to replace my old ones. When I received them I read the care instructions and to my surprise it said not to use Brillo, since I used Brillo on my old pots for 55 years. Of course I didn’t use brillo on my new pots. I used a soft microfiber sponge and dishwashing soap. Now I have marks on bottom of pan and on sides of pan. No matter how many times I clean it still marked up. I guess Faberware’s quality is not the same. Very disappointed.

Good quality
I had this same pan since I was married 49 years ago. It had recently gotten lost. After 3 months looking for it, I decided to replace it. I find the new one seems lighter when I pick it up and it also seems a bit shorter. It still is a good pan and the style is the same. I’m sure I will get many years with this pan like my other one and hopefully can go to one of my children or grandchild for their home when I am gone.
