  • A: Great question. We suggest taking your HUM supplements whole to preserve their quality and effectiveness. However, if you have difficulty swallowing, some supplements can be cut open (or crushed if they are in tablet form) and mixed thoroughly in a food or beverage of your choice. Additionally, some of our softgel formulas can be punctured or cut in half to release the contents into a food or drink. Exposing the capsule's contents to oxygen can cause oxidation, so we suggest taking your supplement soon after opening. For best results, be sure that you are consuming the entire contents of your supplement. Please be aware that our supplements Private Party, Mighty Night, and Here Comes the Sun should not be opened.

    It Works But Use with Caution

    I had some odor and took this for the first time and the odor went away. However, the odor was my body trying to tell me there was an issue. Please listen to your body’s signals, bc it turned out I had BV which can lead to infertility if left untreated or if I had just masked the issue. Additionally, this helps prevent that condition in the first place but do NOT take this with dairy-based foods like yogurt or you will have severe stomach upset.
