Q: I ordered the 10x13 rug and it came folded. We LOVE this rug but how do I get all the creases out so it lays flat?

  • A: Thank you for your inquiry. Below you will find tips on how to flatten out your rug: You can reverse roll the rug and let it sit for 24 hours before laying it flat on the floor. Curled or folded edges can be gently worked out by bending them in the opposite direction and then weighing them down with a heavy book or object. To flatten stubborn edges, use rug grippers or anti-slip tape to adhere the rug to the floor. You can also pull gently on the edges to help smooth out any creases. Creases should disappear within a few days.

    Great Kitchen rug

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful asset for my kitchen. The colors are lush. They accentuate the design and decor perfectly. We have white shaker cabinets with black hardware with wood floors. The strips are more navy/ black. It looks more black than navy (as stated in other reviews). I think it’s because of the hardware, but not really sure. The rug adds style and elegance to the kitchen remodel. Great price: durable and quality. It came roll so no creases to contend with and the edges laid flat. I actually rolled it up in the opposite direction to ensure they laid flat and evenly. I highly recommend!!!!

    I really like this rug! If only myBorder collie’s black fur didn’t shred so much; but love rug!     It’s a beautiful rug with great color. Looks just as good as the picture on the site. It’s soft and very durableThe other two”rugs” purchased were cheep and not rugs at all. They were mats with a screenshot picture on a mat. Thankfully this one is real and beautiful

    BEAUTIFUL RUG
