In Eco mode, it operates at approximately 70.6 decibels, in Auto mode at around 76.0 decibels, and in Boost mode at about 78.7 decibels. For example, in the United States, the standard voltage is typically 110-120 volts, whereas in Europe, the voltage is 220-240V. I purchased the Dyson v15 and rarely use it due to certain things that I believe need to addressed by Dyson. The vacuum attachment would be of better value if there was an LED light to see under cupboards/ bed etc and the trigger guard was a bit lower as it currently restricts comfortable access persons with large fingers.

Love this machine. The suction is phenomenal, the length of time the battery lasts each session is great. The battery did turn out to be faulty after 7 months but dealing directly with Dyson there is a new one on the way and organising that with Dyson was a breeze. Can’t fault the overall experience.

I bought this a couple of months ago and both of the heads - wet and dry - have broken. Only redeeming feature is that Dyson's have accepted that the dry vac was within warranty and replaced it immediately. We are still talking about what to do with the wet vac.

I bought this a month ago and I'm really impressed. The suction is great, the over performance thanks to the attachments it's amazing. We have two cats and the hair is gone now from all surfaces. Being cordless is a bonus.

Bought this about 9 months ago, but not fully satisfied with the quality. The battery life is great, I can easily do the entire house. And the suction power is brilliant. However, it’s difficult to empty the dirt with it not opening fully, I have to put my hand inside and pull out the hairs etc. The mop is easy to use and glides easily but unfortunately leaves streaks of dirty water on the floor.

I had an animal for years and it just didn’t seem to hold a charge as long. The v15 absolute detect has been awesome! Great run time so far! I don’t need to detect what it’s picking up, but that’s nice. The digital display of power is what I love about that! The three different suction levels is a plus because there is so much power that it pulls up my doormats unless I use the eco mode. Just tried the submarine attachment. It was very easy to use and did get dirt up that I didn’t realize was on my kitchen floor even after vacuuming. Easy to use and to clean up. Just know that it needs to run with the trigger pulled for a minute before the water comes out! The fluffy head with the detect light is incredible! It truly does light up the dust that I wouldn’t have seen. Amazing how much hair we drop around and don’t know it!

Over 1 year now & still in love daily. The suction is still as fantastic as day 1. We own a home with older carpet & the amount of silty deposits it pulled out for months was insane. The color & pile of the carpet is way better. Pretty easy to pull apart to clean feet & barrel. Absolutely must keep the filter cleaned & rinsed every week or so which is easy. I do wish the main foot was easier to clean inside. The smaller upholstery attachment foot is fantastic for removing per hair & even off clothing if you can hold the item flat on the floor. Battery life is still as good as day 1. Haven't really fallen in love with the floor washer attachment. But some love it.

I was very excited to buy this Dyson product and unfortunately I put too much weight on what I thought it would do. The vacuum is amazing, the submarine side of it absolutely hopeless. I have wooden floors and it doesn’t do anything. I read everything I could and still hopeless. I have not used the moping part since. So I would advise against this product.

The Dyson V15 Dedect Submarine was unsuitable for washing/cleaning a flag stone floor, I have had to return it. It skimmed over the flags as if they were a level flat floor missing the indentations completely.

Very happy with the product so far. A bit underused due to hospitalisation but impressive performance especially when compared with my previous Dyson, which I had always been very happy with. Wow! This vacuum surprised me. Despite years of hearing about the Dyson, I didn’t realize how lightweight and powerful it is. Even with attachments for the car, the suction is remarkable. It can clean a 1700 sq feet home with enough battery power left over for the car. The filtration system is great; it easily picks up and separates dust and dirt. I highly recommend this Dyson model.
