Specifically designed to create a comfortable flat surface for sleepers who suffer from neck and back issues. With minimal fill, this extra soft down pillow has none of the loft associated with most down pillows. Filled with our Rest Assured Hypoallergenic Down, this pillow is machine washable, helping cut back on allergens. Now your can have the luxury of down without the loft. This is the least filled pillow we make. Very flat pillow-specifically made stomach sleepers only. (Note -Down is a Minimum 75% white duck down and 25% loose white duck down clusters or small feathers.) Savor a pillow made just for your stomach-sleeping ways, with this extra-soft down pillow. The flat shape and soft density provide ideal support for sleeping on your stomach. Newly updated we have upgraded this item to a silky soft 500 thread count long staple cotton damask fabric. We designed our Ultra-Flat, Ultra-Thin pillow with stomach sleepers in mind. This pillow features 525 – 550 Fill Power Premium White Down fill that is soft and cozy and wrapped in a silky soft 500 thread count long staple cotton fabric. Great for stomach sleepers or as an additive layer on top of your other pillow(s) to create additional softness.     Finally !

Only my oldest down pillow felt good and it needed to be replaced but not by a pillow that is bad for a cervical curve. This flattish pillow is perfect. It puffed up pretty big in the dryer but went down to the perfect size. No stiff neck in the morning. Thanks

    Perfection Finally

    I love this pillow
