Very low Daily Value of magnesium. Read the label!
5% of actual magnesium?!? 5%, for real? The front label boosts 200 mg per serving , but the truth behind label is that you are only getting 5% of the Daily Value of magnesium. Maybe the name of this product is "Nature's Truth" but the truth is that the label is deceptive!

Heavily coated in sugar
These are coated in so much sugar, I had to stop taking them. I love sugar but this is too much. Bleh. Otherwise I think they worked? Unsure since the industry is so unregulated. I would not recommend this product because of the sugar and instead just take the pills.

Misleading
The taste is good but the label is fairly misleading. You see there is 200mg of magnesium glycinate on the front. Only 22mg of that is magnesium. 22mg is nowhere near the daily value recommended. Nobody is buying this aware that they’re only getting 10% of their daily value, and that’s if they take 2. If we wanted glycinate solely, we would just buy glycinate. I mean come on at least put 20% or higher of the daily value lol.

Misleading / scam
I don’t like to be misled. These are not 200mg per serving. It is only 22mg and 5% of the daily value. Extremely misleading and a waste of money. I would have to eat 18 gummy’s to get a full 100% of my daily value. Also, the 60 ct bottle is $5 more than if you just buy 2 30 ct bottles. This company clearly just wants to scam people.. Who knows what is actually inside their supplements.

Helped RLS a bit
I think these helped my restless legs syndrome during pregnancy. They are very sour at the end and a bit much if you’re not used to sour things.

Deceptive Labeling- ONLY 5% of DV magnesium!
I should have read the label more carefully, but I believed the packaging: 200 mg of magnesium. Unfortunately, on the back it says 22mg!!! 5% of DV! I thought it must be some kind of mistake, but I compared it to other available similar products and this is indeed no mistake. They sold me a magnesium supplement that gives me only 5% of my daily value of magnesium. What a ripoff.

Literally sugar pills...deceptive marketing
Read the label and see that it meets more of your daily requirement of added sugars than of magnesium. Not comparable to other brands at all in amount of actual magnesium. Unethical company. Do not buy these sugar pills.

Misleading Nutrional Value
The flavor is good, but the label on this is intentional misleading. The 200mg on the front would make you think you are getting a substantial amount of magnesium. But checking the label, you are actually only getting 5% of your DV (22mg actual magnesium). Would be better off (and would probably spend less) getting a different brand that actually provides a substantial amount of the supplement.

It works
I used chatgpt to figure how to not get so reactive (angry and blaming) to things and it recommended magnesium glycinate. I tried this brand and it definitely works because I felt very I guess the word is heavy and my head felt heavy and I felt slow. I didn't like the feeling and found out it's common when a person is in a consistent state high alert of my sympathetic nervous system ( fight or flight mode). My Gaba was discovering a new baseline with this magnesium glynate and I adjusted to the new baseline in 2-3 days and didn't feel that slow was or heaviness anymore.

Good gummy version of a magnesium supplement
Magnesium glycinate is so helpful for promoting sleep and this product works for us. This gummy is extremely tart, however, which is almost unpleasant.

Great vitamins, I like them!
These vitamins taste great. For those confused by the label, there are 200 mg of magnesium glycinate. It is comprised of 22 mg of magnesium + glycine = 200 mg of magnesium glycinate in two gummies. What I appreciate is that because of how it’s made you can take more or less to hit the amount best for you.

tasty but misleading label
i wasn't sure how to review this, because i do love the flavor, but i was confused by the label and thought i was getting about 60% of my daily requirement. I feel the label is kinda misleading because it says 200 mg on the front, and you have to read the fine print to see that only 22 mg of that is magnesium and the rest is glycine, which is also useful in the body, but still.... i think the product should be labeled more clearly that you're only getting 5% of your daily magnesium when you take 2 of these gummies. a bunch of kale would have been much less expensive!
