    Floral Ornament Rug Ivory

However, the rug never fully relaxed after being unrolled. There are ripples in it and the ends are still curling up after weeks of being opened.

    Floral Area Rugs

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchase two of these and am happy with the rugs and rug pads. My only negative is the manner in which these larger rugs are packaged. Folded in half and rolled so tightly that it is taking a very long time for those creases to relax despite even trying a steamer on the backing. I’ve not had this problem with previous purchases.

    Beautiful Neutral Rug

    Pulls my room together beautifully. Size is correct (10×14) rug is VERY thin. Purchased a 3/8" rug pad (from another manufacturer for much cheaper) and it feels great. Kids came in and immediately began to roll around on the new carpet, which they stated was so soft. Because the rug is so large, the full print was displayed. I love it!

    A bit disappointed...

The smaller/newer rug is 1/2 the quality and thickness of the older carpet. Looks cheaper and hence, disappointment in this purchase. :(

    Nice rug

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace the exact same one we bought here about 8 or 9 years ago because we have loved it and it’s beautiful! I’m happy with the purchase but deducted a star because there are subtle changes since our last purchase. Quality has changed a just a tad, fibers aren’t as dense, and arrived folded in a box instead of rolled, so we are still trying to work out the creases, but still pleased nonetheless.

    Won’t lay flat

    I did a lot of research, searching for the perfect rug for our living room. Landed on this one and was so excited for it to arrive! It came folded up and we laid it out. Right away I knew something was wrong. It was so lumpy and bumpy everywhere. The corners curl up too. I spent 3 days with heavy boxes laying all around on top of the rug in hopes it would help. It hasn’t. It’s been 5 days and very little improvement. After doing some research on the website they give recommendations on how to help get it flat, but who has time to blow dry a 8x10 rug! Beautiful color, design and feel. But very disappointed with how unusable it is!

    Good Rug for Price

Sadly I ordered the wrong size but the rug itself met my expectations and I will order another in the correct size. Definitely recommend a rug pad as this rug is very thin.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The chemical smell has not gone away and it’s almost a month of it being out. Half the rug has fibers laying opposite direction making half look darker than the other half. Random teal and pink fibers popping through even though the rug is white and gray! I’ve purchased 2 other rugs in the past from here and loved them. This one is not the same quality. Could have spent half the price buying from a local box store.

    beautiful, but flawed

    it looks great at first, but after about a week, I am noticing some flaws in the texture. It has a couple of lines that appear to be a gap in the weave/plush that run lengthwise though the rug. I am considering returning, but it is an 8 x 11 and seems too big to deal with. Disappointed.

    Wrinkles won't come out

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a couple of vintage low pile medallion type rugs from Rugs USA that I loved. This one was pretty awful. Unlike the other rugs, the material was less dense, the backing was different, the rug was wound tightly without the cardboard tube causing wrinkles lines across the entire rug that are never coming out. I just picked it up and threw it in a closet. It was also very drab to me.
