  • A: They are made in china. You can use filtered or bottled water. If it does start scaling, you can pout 1/4 cup vinegar and let it sit for a few minutes. Add a cup of water, bring to boil and rinse it out. This will get rid of the scaling.

    Color and aesthetics are beautiful. Tea kettle doesn't boil too loud either, very happy with my purchase! Only thing I don't like is the te kettle doesn't empty all the way easily, so there's always some water left in it you have to wipe out, which isn't convenient.
