I tried it for the relief of arthritis pain. Can't see any benefit from it.

I have been taking Jarrow Forumus, Inc. Curcumin 95 for several years now, with bioperine, in my daily supplement stack. I find the anti-inflammatory effect is powerful. There are no side effects, or ill affects on my tummy etc. One of the things that helps keep me young!

This is a good product. I've taken a couple of bottles of it. I'd recommend it to friends and family.

Okay, you asked. Initially, this was recommended by my osteopath. Took it for four months, nothing happened. Then I ran out. I figured since it wasn't working anyway, there was little point in continuing. Less than a week later, my knees began to ache. Uh oh. I re-traced every step. What did I do differently? Finally, I put two and two together and figured out it was the turmeric, or a specific lack thereof. My sister gave me a bottle of hers, it was the common-or-garden variety form of turmeric, and not the high-absorption formula 95. The generic turmeric had no effect whatsoever. Shucks. Long story short, I am back on the formula 95, and knees are back to normal. If you exceed the recommended dosage or take this supplement with watermelon, you may inadvertently wind up with a very soft stool the next day. Just sayin'.

My wife and I take it and we think it helps prevent inflammatory joints.

I've tried many other cheaper brands and this by far is the best at reducing inflammation. I take it morning and night and with an autoimmune disease, I can't be without it.

I take 2 every night and let it go at my body while I sleep. Take it at night before bed!

I haven't started taking them yet. I trust they will help me. I have to finish my other bottle first by a different brand.

This product from Jarrow reduces joint inflammation 60-70%. I would recommend it.

One reads and hears all about Curcumin / from Turmeric everywhere these days. Its virtues are extolled extensively. I use it and recommend it. Great stuff. Works for me.

A good all around supplement that I have taken for years!
