Let me start off by saying, THIS MILKY TONER IS AMAZING!! I have sensitive skin& I have tried MANY toners& this by far is THE BEST! It has cleared up my dark spots& I got 2 pimples 4 days ago. Twice a day, they are barely there! GET THIS TONER!!

I really love this toner, im a big fan of thayers witch hazel toners, but decided to try this one because I love The Ordinary line products. In two weeks my face has gotten way clearer and has gotten rid of my uneven skin tones!

I used this for about three months when it first came out, and I especially loved it as it got rid of the dryness around the corners of my mouth. I started having an intense acne breakout around the same time and figured out it was this product causing it! I'm not typically acne-prone, but this toner gave me some of the worst cystic acne of my life that took months to clear after discontinuing use. It's a shame that it worked for everything else on my skin, but I was ashamed to take photos of myself during this time.

I am a natural redhead with sensitive skin. I get welts on my skin when I shower without a filter on the shower or if I use soap that isn't natural.. So i enjoy when i find products my skin likes. My skin loves this. I always wake up glowing with no irritation when I use it before bed. Some ppl claim it evens skin tone I haven't seen that so far but I have seen more moisture and I will continue to use and come back after the use of my second or third bottle for a update.

On here buying my 3rd bottle. Ove found that it is incredibly normalizing. I put it on at night after washing, with only eye cream - then mornings depending on what other toner i want, I usually will just add a shake to my palm with my moisturizer. It has shrink my pores and I love that it gives it an even glow. Theres a woman talking about the ingredients and how it was an old Russian secret below. That's awesome and what sold me on this lol. Seriously, give it a try. I'm 42, occasional acne, combo skin

I went on the Ordinary's website to see what to not combine this product with and do not consider myself someone with sensitive skin and have no known allergies and this still gave me the same complaint others are stating about res, flaky, burning skin. Wouldnt risk using this.

This for sure works to hydrate and really get the bouncy-milky look that you would want for a toner, and for the price compared to other brands how can one say no? But for people with sebaceous dermatitis like me, this has fermented yeast that will activate a flare, just use with caution.

Not gonna lie, it did exactly what it claimed the benefits were. The change wasn't dramatic overnight, but with consistent use over two weeks, I started noticing my blemishes getting lighter and my sebaceous filaments shrinking a lot. It smells like fermented rice, but the scent doesn't linger. I'd recommend pairing it with a vitamin C or Konjac serum for even more brightening effects, or a hydrating toner/serum for more hydration.

For reference, I have extremely sensitive skin that is on the drier side. This is my favorite toner to use in the morning. I use it after I wash my face and have never experienced any irritation. It has only left me with a perfectly smooth base for the rest of my skincare and makeup. I find the exfoliation to be gentle and the results to be glowy, hydrated looking skin.

Do not use this if you have an allergy to fermented ingredients in skincare, and if you have fungal acne because this would make it flare up really bad. I shouldn't known better smh

For the past year or so I've struggled with random whitehead breakouts (bacterial perhaps?) that happen overnight even when I used actives like retinol or BHA, etc. I bought this product just to try something new and the first time I used it I didn't notice any changes, but after 3-4 days of consistency I noticed my breakouts subsided DRASTICALLY and the overall texture of my skin has improved. This makes me happy because nothing seemed to help my breakouts! The fact that this product costs so much less than everything else I've tried and actually WORKS - I will happily repurchase and recommend to everyone.

I have been using this toner for 2 weeks now, at least once daily and sometimes twice. I noticed improved hydration upon first use, and am now beginning to see improved texture and appearance from the gentle exfoliation. I like that the ferment basically nips the dead skin in the bud to prevent it from building up on my face, especially in my t-zone area where I typically got the most dead skin buildup. Definitely do a patch test before applying to your whole face.

im really bummed this didnt work for me. i wouldnt normally say i have super sensitive skin, but this gave me whats essentially a mild rash all over my face and neck. i wish i knew which ingredient in this toner caused it. i only used it for 3 or 4 days and now a week later the reaction is barely cleared up :(
