Mucinex Instasoothe Sugar Free Cough Drops contain Dextromethorphan HBr which provides up to 4 hours of cough relief. These mixed berry flavor cough suppressant lozenges provide cough relief that lasts. Our Mucinex cough drops are sugar free and do not contain aspartame. These cough drops for adults & kids 6+ are a perfect on-the-go cough suppressant. Each sugar free cough drop is individually wrapped & sealed, making them easy to toss in your bag or pocket.

Adults and children 12 years of age and over: take 2 lozenges (one immediately after the other) and allow each lozenge to dissolve slowly in the mouth; may be repeated every 4 hours as needed, not to exceed 12 lozenges in any 24-hour period. Children 6 to under 12 years of age: take 1 lozenge and allow product to dissolve slowly in the mouth; may be repeated every 2 hours as needed, not to exceed 6 lozenges in any 24-hour period. Children under 6 years of age: do not use.

    Good flavor and effectiveness

    This throat soother and has a nice honey elderberry flavor that is sweet and fruity tasting. Although some dislike eldeberry I'm obsessed with the taste. The throat soother drop does the job and helps with a sore throat in minutes

    Miracle Cough Drops

    I bought these after trying so many other name brands for my cough and none of them helped settle my cough.. I took the Mucinex and after only ONE cough drop, I stopped coughing for hours and was able to finally get some rest.

    Work if you use exactly as directed! I think ppl just pop these in without paying attention to the directions. Hate the corn syrup and dyes, that will change hopefully. Mucinex gives relief. I likey!

    Taste good but not effective for sore throats!

    I really wanted this product to work on my sore, burning throat. I tried the recommended dose twice, but with no discernible lessening of the sore throat pain. I have always found Mucinex products to be helpful with colds and coughs previously. I will look for another product to help with sore throat pain. Thank you.

    Candy drops

    Bought these despite the expensive cost for a sore throat, followed the instructions (2 drops back to back every 2 hours) and they gave no relief. Just cherry flavored candy drops. Save your money and ry something else

    No Relief

    My son has a sore throat. These did not provide him any relief. He has used 2 so far in 4 hours. The flavor is okay.

    don't waste your money

    i bought these yesterday due to having a sore throat and they give absolutely no relief just tastes like I'm eating a hard candy. Will not purchase again!!!!!!!

    Still a sore throat

    I really wanted these to be great, but very disappointed. I have tried the sore throat one in the orange bag as they work great to open the airway and soother my throat. These are just so sweet it’s like sucking on a piece of candy that will soon numb your tongue just a tad nut leaving you wanting another. Sorry I will definitely pass on these.

    No relief, just cherry flavor

    Bought these because I love Mucenex sinus relief and I had a bad sore throat so I thought I'd try these. In my opinion I felt like I was sucking on a Life Savers cherry. No relief, just cherry flavor.

    Don't bother

    Bought for sore throat and this product doesn't touch it! Tastes like candy in the front of my mouth. Also try opening each individal packet in the middle of the night without scissors! Can't do it. Don't waste money. Makes me question other Mucinex products --

    Does not work as described.

    Very disappointing when you’re looking to soothe your sore throat and purchase an extremely ineffective product. I felt as if I bought hard candy for my throat smh it did absolutely nothing to help

    Caution

    These will make you VERY dizzy. I did not see anywhere on here that it said it made you dizzy or to operate machinery or drive. There is no label or note that identifies how many you can take within a set period of time nor how many you should limit within 24 hours.

    InstaSoothe™ Sore Throat + Pain Relief Drops

    These work amazing! Couldn't be more pleased with this product. I had a sore throat and itchy throat and the only thing I could find were these. Halls didn't help neither did generic drops. These soothed and numbed the pain in the throat so I could sleep. Keep up the good work Mucinex!
