I'm not a big review writer unless I'm really impressed, the Nose Frida has me crazy impressed, why did I wait so long! Probably because it grossed me out haha. . . . My baby girl is just over 5 months and we hit our first spring time cold, full of congestion and so much snot. The bulb syringe wasn't doing much good so I finally ordered the Nose Frida. My kiddo seems to like it actually! She doesn't object to it, probably because it's not going up her nose like a bulb syringe. I wish someone would use it on me! For those that will understand, it's satisfyingly gross to use! :D

Disgusting but effective. Oh the things you will do for your baby . . . Sucking snot is not my favorite thing to do but this is WAY more effective than the bulb aspirators. Get over the icky factor - the satisfaction of clearing your baby's nose so he/she can feed or breathe is worth it.

Alright, so I held off buying a nose Frieda despite what my mom friends said over and over. I would gag (literally) at the thought of using it. So one day I bought it. Mainly out of curiosity and because I had a gift card. But it was also in the back of my head that all my friends said 'when your kid can't breathe and your desperate you will be grateful for it. ' It contently sat in a drawer for a few weeks. Then the day came. My kid got sick and the bulb would t do it. So I tried it.

So the idea of sucking snot out of your kids nose may seem weird at first but let me tell ya, that's probably the LEAST gross thing you'll do as a parent. This contraption is INGENIOUS and I wish I would have bought it for my first kid (bought it for the second kid) and I still use it on the toddler. Easy enough to clean and you can actually see what you pull out, versus the traditional bulb sucker you get in the hospital. GET THIS. Seriously.

The saline spray is amazing! Really helps draw everything out of the nose. I used the sucker a few times while my baby was sick and it helped greatly!

I was on the fence about this thing. But it works great and helps so much with a stuffy nose when a toddler/baby can't blow it for themselves yet. My 2 year old thinks it's hilarious. The snot stays in the main part, it doesn't even usually get to the filter. The filter foam looks like it could have fit several more filters on it, so the wastefulness of that bothers me a little, but aside from that, I highly recommend it.
