I’ve always loved my temper pedic pillows in the past. We ordered these cooling medium firm pillows this time and my wife and I are not fans of too plush and forgiving to be medium firm. Disappointed and not exchangeable so we donated them to an animal shelter and got different pillows.

Will never purchase this product again.
after contact will this company I will have to file a complaint with the BBB, the lack discloser of the lasting odor given off buy this product is misleading and not fully explained do not purchase this item they will not warrentie it.

Stay cool and comfortable
It’s been a few months with these pillows and my husband and I love these pillows. They are firm but also very soft and cradle your head and neck. The cooling feature is amazing and keeps us cool and comfortable. Great nights sleep & highly recommend!

So comfortable I travel with my pillow
My Dual Cooling Pillow has been a blessing. My sleep has gone from 50% to 100% in just a few nights! For the first two nights, expect a little adjustment, but the pillow will conform to your head and become very comfortable and cool afterward. I had a Tempur-Pedic before, and it was also incredible, lasting just over five years. I highly recommend it and will never switch away from Tempur-Pedic.

Pretty awful
This pillow was a huge disappointment. The off-gassing basically never stopped and the fumes coming from it are unbearable. It also goes flat around your head overnight so you wake up feeling like your sleep between two rocks. It’s just dreadful and definitely not worth the money. Wish i could return it.

Definitely Helps Regulate Body Temp
This is a great pillow that i got to experience way before i bought my own; my boyfriend owns two of them. As a pre-menopausal woman, I sometimes sleep hotter than I used to. This pillow helps alleviate waking up too warm in the middle of the night. The only thing I wish is that it had more plumpness to it. It seems flat compared to a previous pillow I own. I end ip putting that one under the dual-cooling to get the elevation for my head and neck that I need to be comfortable.

Great option for side sleepers
After years of loving my original Tempurpedic pillow, I noticed it was losing its ability puff back into shape. I decided to invest in new pillows to improve the support I need as a chronic side sleeper. The TEMPUR-cloud is a great pillow for side sleepers!! The pillow conforms to your head so you have to be a little patient when you roll over as it takes a minute to rebuild to the new area you’ve depressed. One star subtracted because the pillow has an unpleasant chemical smell to it. While the scent is fading after a month of use, I can still smell it when resting on my side.

Stellar comfort
When my girlfriend first showed me her pillows and how good they felt I knew I had to get some for my bedroom. I slept so well using them. Only needed one when normally I would toss and turn. As soon as I could I went and bought my own both of us and because it was seriously helping me sleep better.

Dual cooling pillow is not so great
Bought this pillow because my husband always sweat and he needs a cooling pillow. Product good quality and the material has a slight cooling effect. However, once you put the pillowcase on it the coolness of the pillow is gone. Not really what I expected. All in all, is just an okay product. I prefer the older pillow products. There is no way I can even return or exchange any of these Tempur Pillows.

Best Pillows
These are by far the best pillows I have ever used. I recommend them to everyone looking for new pillows. Watch for the pillow sale they have all the time, buy one, get one free. That makes it worth the price tag. Our last set of these pillows lasted 7 years before needing to be replaced. That right there is worth the price tag. Why buy cheap pillows every year when you can pay more and have them last 5+ years.

Deflates into a pancake
This pillow deflates in a matter of minutes. I was hoping this would be a firm and sturdy pillow, but my head literally melts into the pillow offering no neck support whatsoever. We had to use other pillows underneath the temper-pedic so we'd get a least a little bit of neck support, otherwise might as well sleep with no pillow. Only pro is that it is cooling.
