Description

What It Is: This hydrating, milky toner soothes skin, restores balance, and adds a light layer of moisture that preps skin for the serums and moisturizers that follow.

For: Dry, dehydrated skin

What It Solves: A nourishing toner that replenishes moisture and balances PH levels in dry, dehydrated, and sensitive skin. Pairing coconut water with algae and bamboo extracts, this hydrating toner hydrates and soothes the skin.

How To Use: Shake well, pump onto a cotton pad and swipe onto clean skin. Allow to dry and follow with serums and/or moisturizer. Apply AM and/or PM on face and neck.

Good to know: If your skin is on the drier side, you’ll want to double up on hydration. This moisturizing toner helps boost the penetration of our Hydrating Serum so you get even more nourishment.

Definitely soothing!

Have noticed an improvement in my rosacea and dry skin even though I have only used it for a week or two. I live in the desert and need all the help I can get! I'd love more "milky" products. Maybe an overnight mask?

Hydrating and Effective. Better Than Others

I REALLY like this toner. And I’ve tried a lot. I grabbed this on a whim last fall, needing something hydrating and can honestly say, this did more for me than some of the other more expensive high rated brands. It didn’t dry me out. It layered beautifully! And I really liked that you couldn’t really overkill it. Not that I’m trying to put on A TON but sometimes I like a little extra to lock it in. And when I did this, i didn’t see any negatives. Just more hydration. Unlike some other brands I’ve tried. It’s been out the last few times I’ve been to target but hoping it’ll be there next time. It’s turned into my go to for hydration in the dry winter months

Skin Soothe Toner

I bought the skin soothe toner to hydrate my dry skin before applying moisturizer. Only a few weeks later and my pores are disappearing and the dry skin issues are gone .

I am SO BUMMED about this repackage/reformulation. I've been using this toner for a few years and I loved it, but I just repurchased it and the new bottle is really annoying. I keep getting this gross gummy ring around the cap because it seems like it leaks into the cap when you shake it and just slowly runs down the outside. I'm also not sure what they changed about the toner itself, but this bottle smells very weird and chemically. The old formulation wasn't strong smelling, but it was nice. This is not. I will be finishing this bottle but searching for a different product to replace this with unfortunately ☹️

Used once and broke out in a very itchy rash. I’m not allergic to anything in the ingredients listed on the label. I used after a gentle cleanser and a Vanicream. After I applied the toner it did sting a bit.
