Designed for daily use, this sheer SPF lotion rubs in smooth and dries clear to protect you from 98% of UV B rays with no white cast. How to Use: Shake well prior to use. Apply liberally to dry skin 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply: after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying, or at least every 2 hours. For topical use only. Keep out of reach of children. For children under 6 months of age: Ask a doctor. Sun protection measures: Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. They are great for my sensitive, acne, prone skin and does not apply on greasy it sits on the skin really well throughout the day and in the sun. With re-application as needed I find that I don’t deal with any sort of redness, dryness, or sunburns.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice mineral sunscreen. It doesn’t irritate my sensitive, rosacea prone skin. It also doesn’t make my eyes sting! Non-greasy and I love that it is water resistant. There isn’t a strong sunscreen smell either which I like. The only downsides I noticed is that there is some white cast and this cream is thick so it can be difficult to fully blend into the skin.

I am insanely pale and it made me look like a ghost unless I rubbed it in for 5 minutes. My boyfriend tested this as well, and he is black, and I wanted to see how this would look on POC skin. It turned him grey/blue, looked glittery and just did not rub in. POC, beware of this sunscreen.

Really like this one. Can be used alone or under makeup. Winner!!! I would absolutely repurchase. I have oily skin and leaves a nice glow on the face without feeling greasy.

The texture is creamy, similar to a regular sunscreen. If you don’t touch your face, you won’t even feel it, but if you touch your face, you will feel a slightly oily texture on your fingers. Odorless. Made with Australian botanicals, hyaluronic acid and vitamin E. Paraben and fragrance free. The tube of this sunscreen is convenient, you can easily take it with you anywhere. The tube also has smart cap technology. The cap changes color when exposed to UV light.

Right out of the tube, the texture seemed fine, but once I applied it, it just sat on my skin and felt heavy. It didn’t really sink in, and after a few minutes, my face looked super shiny like I had slathered on some kind of oil. I get that it’s mineral and meant to be moisturizing, but this felt like a bit much, even on my drier skin days. I tried using less, thinking maybe I overdid it, but nope, still greasy. If you have oily or combo skin, this might not be the best fit. It didn’t break me out, which is a plus, and it offers strong protection, but I definitely wouldn’t wear it under makeup.

I notice that mineral sunscreens can leave a white cast and they are harder to disperse/apply but this one didn’t. It did start off white but it gradually rubbed on clear which made it easier to make sure I was applying evenly. The consistency also made it easy to spread. It wasn’t a gel but it wasn’t a thick paste either. My skin absorbed the product nicely and left me with a good base, not shiny. It is unscented but still smelled like sunscreen. With an SPF of 50, I feel protected from sun exposure and elements. The tube is small enough to carry in my bag for reapplications. Would recommend.
Great for those that don't care for the white hue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Blue Lizard sunscreen I got from Influenster for a week now and I really like it! It’s not oily at all, which I love. I usually put a little powder on top and I’m good to go. Even though it’s not super sunny in New York these days, I still feel well protected. It doesn’t give me that weird orange or oxidized look like some sunscreens do. I also love the smart cap — it changes color when UV rays are strong, which is so cool and helpful. It says it’s water-resistant for 80 minutes but I haven’t tested that part yet. It smells nice (has that sunscreen smell a lil bit but not too strong). The only thing I didn’t like is that it’s pretty fluid, so you might squeeze out more than you need if you’re not careful. But overall, it’s a great sunscreen for daily use and I’ll definitely keep using it!

It doesn't have a scent, which was great for me. I love the packaging. The cute lizard on the blue box really stands out. Normally, I stay away from mineral sunscreen because I don’t like the heavy white cast it leaves. But I’ve been trying to step up my skin care since I’ve been using retinol, and I need to use a stronger face sunscreen. Once I applied the sunscreen and rubbed it in it really absorbed well into my skin and it had a nice sheer effect on it and it felt very well protected against the sunshine. I love that the cap turns blue when it’s in direct UV sunshine to help make the product last longer. Overall, I would definitely buy this again. It had a really nice sent to it and a good feel on the skin!

This lotion applied very smoothly and provided good coverage. Unlike other face lotions I’ve used before, it didn’t leave behind a white film which I was happy about! There was a sunscreen smell with it, but that was expected and not overwhelming. The packing was nice and it’s the perfect size for traveling in my carry on!
