Wellsprings takes forever!

shipped by Wellsprings and their shipping is super slow it's been 8 days since it was ordered it is supposed to be received today but it still hasn't left the seller they made a shipping label the day I ordered it but it still hasn't shipped more than a week later very slooooooooow shipping !

Great product! CRAPPY JAR! Can't open it without sledgehammer.

Cannot OPEN the jar! I have arthritis! This helps with arthritis pain. Why the HECK don’t put it in a jar that someone with arthritis can OPEN! My husband had to wrangle with it too. Otherwise, the lidocaine is great! Had to ditch the jar and put into another one I could open. Unless you have a sledgehammer, look for something else.

My pharmacist was charging 67$ for one 1. 5oz jar. That was my co-pay! This lidocaine has vitamin e in it which is benefit to the lidocaine and to your skin. I do suggest a brief wash between applications with a warm washcloth. Your skin will be nice and

The first jar I was sent didn't look quite right and was hard to open and close and did not have "sting" that a 5% lidocaine product should have. Wellspring gladly sent me a jar from a new shipment and there is still no "sting" but it did calm the pain do
