Mielle's NEW Kalahari Melon & Aloe Vera Deep Hydration Curl Forming Glaze is a luscious creme-gel styler that effortlessly defines curls, boosts shine, and provides lasting moisture with a flexible hold.

Designed to enhance your natural curl pattern, it extends curl longevity while delivering soft, hydrated, and beautifully defined curls that pop.

How to Use: After applying the Kalahari Melon & Aloe Vera Multi-Tasking Leave-In Conditioner, section damp, detangled hair and apply the glaze section by section. Start with a dime-sized amount and adjust as needed to define curls. Use diffuser to dry or air dry for a wash-and-go style.

    Wonder Curls Activated!!!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Mielle Organics Kalahari Melon 🍈 & Aloe Vera Deep Hydration Curl ➰Forming Glaze for a few weeks. I wanted to see if the results were not only immediate, but also lasting. Upon first use, there was a noticeable difference in how soft, moisturized, 💧 and defined my hair was. The product moisturizes nicely without feeling super heavy and my hair didn’t feel weighed down afterwards. The scent is subtle, pleasant and melon 🍈 sweet. I appreciate that it smells 👃nice but doesn’t clash with anything else I’m wearing or using. My curl ➰pattern type has the tendency to get dry and frizzy and this leave in works well to make my strands feel smoother, more manageable, and easier to detangle. It seems like even the breakage amount has improved too. Overall, my hair feels healthier and looks more defined with less greasy build up. My only complaint is that the results don’t seem to be consistent or long lasting. My first use was a wonderful experience, but I haven’t seemed to get the same results with every application. I also notice that the definition only lasts for so long after I apply the glaze. I like the product enough to keep using it, but I don’t love 💗 it enough to replace other products in my daily routine.

    It was just okay too sticky, not very moisturizing

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Mielle Kalahari Melon & Aloe Cera Deep Hydro Curl Forming Glaze, and overall it was just okay for me. I had higher expectations based on the description but it didn't quite deliver the results I was hoping for. The texture was one of the main issues. It felt pretty sticky when applying, which made it a little difficult to work through my hair evenly. Instead of feeling hydrating and smooth, it left my hair feeling more coated than moisturized. As for curl definition, it didn't enhance my curls as much as I expected. I was hoping for softer more defined curls with lasting moisture, but my hair ended up feeling a bit dry and not as defined as I like. It might work better for someone with a different hair type or styling preference, but for me it didn't live up to the deep hydration claim.

    Performs well on looser curl patterns

It didn’t give me the hold or curl pattern I was looking for on my 4c natural hair but I did work good on my daughter 3B curls. It also worked good on the human hair that I installed. It made the curls look more defined. Without feeling stiff. The product smells great and I love the packaging. It wasn’t difficult to get the product out.

Helps with hair management when doing curly hair styles. Even holds well if you want to do a curly slick back. However, it does flake a little bit the next day. Add water and it bounces back.

    Okay on 4c hair

I loved the consistency of the product and it’s pretty lightweight. I used my deranging brush to brush the product in from scalp to ends. Smells good too. Btw. My hair pattern sits between 4b/4c

    It smells good but didn’t define my hair as well a

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The smell of the product was tropical. There was a lot of slip when applying the product to my thick 4C hair. While it did define my hair for some of my hair, it didn’t give me the definition and movement I usually see when I use gel to style my hair. My hair felt soft and moisturized the first day and by day 5 it still felt soft but dry. There was no residue of flaking when using this product with the leave in conditioner I normally use. This product would probably work better for someone with less dense hair.

    Good for curl definition, not good at clumping cur

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The right side of the photo is my hair with the product, the left is my hair without any product. Helped define my curls and made my hair smell very good. A great amount of slip to rake through hair. I will say that for my type of texture (4C), the product wasn’t heavy enough to make my curls clump. If you have a less kinky texture, this will work great for you. I didn’t notice any change in drying time when using the product. The packaging is beautiful and it is easy to store after use.
