WindTunnel All-Terrain Upright Vacuum

I love the light and how bright it is. Suction is great and has a nice long cord. A bit heavier than my previous Hoover but I am ok with that as it has a bit more features that the previous one.Defiantly would recommend to friends and family.

CLOGGED Brush-I have had it a few months but it didn't take long for both brushes to freeze up with long hair. The first brush easily pops out. Still trying to figure out the second brush without disassembling the whole thing. What a pain!

I’ve had this vacuum for 6 months now. No I would not buy it again. There is no side suction & the front draw is not all it claims to be. It is difficult to empty the dirt canister once you get it off the body. The LED crevice tool stopped lighting up & now machine now it doesn’t want to turn off & i have to unplug it from the power source. Hoover Fail.

The unit purchased is living up to all the advertised expectations. The one feature that stands out the most is the ease of vacuuming. The product is as Advertised.

I am so sad because I really loved this vacuum at first. It worked for just over a year. Loss of suction even after a specialist took it apart and no real obstruction noted.

Stopped working can't return to store and doesn't pick up dog hair as stated. This item is junk and how can I get something done about this?

The unit vacuums good but the issue the red Debris slider in front of the roller is stuck to low side and cannot move it at all.

i first started with the maxlife and very impressed and upgraded to tangle guard, really impressed and after a little over a year with the tangle guard i upgraded to this one and all 3 are amazing, i highly recommend all 3 but this one is definetily my most recommended one and favorite

i bought this about a year and a half ago to upgrade from my maxlife and this one has been so great a few months ago i upgraded to the all terrain version

Bag-less! And I don't have to make any more height adjustments for the different type carpets I have. Very good suction power. I'm satisfied with this purchase.

Vacuum worked okay for a year or so, but the roller has now locked up and destroyed the end cap that the bearing sits in opposite the drive end. And these parts are not available for purchase.

My vacuum stopped working within months. The hose won't suckup anymore and the brush is no longer turning. I'm trying to untangle anything that might have it stuck but the screws they put on these vacuums aren't as available. This vacuum sucks.

I bought this not even a year ago, thought it was a great vacuum but its just not worth it, clogs up constantly, it stopped picking up anything off the floor. Just not worth it

It is not good not pick all Is too high and too heavy.

I only managed to vacuum 3 rooms before this vacuum clogged behind the beater bar to the point it began to overheat. With my old Hoover, although not my favorite activity, with a screwdriver and a wire coat hanger, I could take it apart and dig out the clog. This one is designed so there is no way to access the area in and around the beater bar. I might be able to buy a specialized tool to open the thing up, but this is ridiculous that 3 rooms in I am already having to take the thing apart to be able to use it.

You get a lot of bang for your buck with this model. Get it!

This is the worst vacumm I've ever had. Cannot find replacement belt which didn't last long. It was very difficult to get to the belt, which I had to drill out one screw. The cord comes out the bottom edge and gets ate up if it gets run over. It's very difficult to plug the parts back in. The accessories don't have an appropriate place to connect and then they fall off. It has good suction.

Super satisfied with this purchase. I am really happy with this vacuum, it’s a little bit on the heavier side but it works really well. It just seems like the suction is stronger on this vacuum and I am also happy with the dual brush system, how well it picks up the smaller crumbs on my hardwood floors. As for the cord, I was used to my old wind tunnel that had the quick cord and that was a feature on another model but I really wanted the dual brush model, so that is why I went with this model and it’s fine but I do miss that feature from my old model which lasted me 14 years with heavy use. Another reason for choosing this model was that I wanted a corded vacuum because I was afraid that the battery on the cordless vacuum will not give you as much suction. I would definitely recommend this vacuum to someone who is in the market for a new vacuum.

I got this model about a year. Not as strong as my previous Hoover and it doesn’t swivel as well as my older one. Heavier than I thought to carry.
