Soft Boiled Eggs
4 min for soft boiled eggs makes yoke firm. We like the white firm and the yoke soft. I am going to try 3 min. Love the ability to soft boil 4 eggs at a time.

Easy-Peasy
I was looking for some on-the-go breakfast alternatives when someone gave me the idea of egg bites. I didn't want to use the oven and I didn't want to have to watch over it. This egg cooker couldn't make the process any easier. I cutup my ingredients the night before, sprinkle them in the egg bater, turn it on and go get dressed. They come out perfect so long as you measure your water appropriately .

When it turns off it comes back on
This is a pretty good item but the problem I found with it is that you have to keep an eye on it while you are using it. If you were to leave it and possibly forget that it's cooking, it doesn't have an automatic shut off. It turns off for a couple minutes and then it turns back on again. That's strange. I have another very inexpensive egg cooker that works fine and I got this one because it cooks more eggs at one time. That's the only reason. My old one automatically shut off and never came back on after the eggs were cooked. I don't understand why they make an egg cooker that turns off and then turns back on by itself. That doesn't make any sense to me. If it didn't turn back on I would give it a five star

Decent machine for the price
Great tool for making egg bites. I now actually prefer my own over Starbucks Egg Bites. Tried making soft boiled eggs and followed the instructions exactly and the yolks were not runny at all. So not great there. I’ll have to do some trial and error on amounts of water as the instructions almost seem opposite of what it should be.

Easy clean, easy cook
Concerns that it may be hard to clean after water all evaporated but cleaned really easy. So much easier and faster to make hard boiled eggs
