King Firm Premium Cooling Pillow - Casaluna™

As a combination sleeper (mostly side and sometimes back), I've tried dozens of pillows costing from from mid-range to well over $100. in search of the perfect support and alignment. I usually choose real down, because I can scruntch it around my head, but these are expensive. This firm pillow is flexible and actually delivers on its cooling effect. The first few nights on it I wasn't sure about it, but the loft settled pretty quickly. Not sure how long it will remain comfortable, but at its current price, I don't mind replacing it yearly.

They have lost their shape and the fill inside has turned into three pieces like big cotton balls. It’s only been 8 months since I have bought these. In a guest bedroom that gets used maybe once a month for a night or two. Very unhappy would like to return them.

Bought 2 of these pillows in February and they are now completely lumpy and flat. Do not recommend these at all.

I genuinely regret not reading the reviews before buying this pillow. I purchased it in January 2026, and it has completely flattened and lost its quality. It was great during the first couple of months, but that was it. I’ve tried everything to fluff it up and revive it, but it only stays for a short while before going flat in the middle of the night.

This pillow was comfortable for about 1 week. Then it became lumpy and nothing would correct it. way too expensive for such poor durability.

The filling lumped up in less than a month.

Worst pillows I’ve ever owned. Super lumpy and don’t hold any shape whatsoever. Super disappointed. Do yourself a favor and get a different pillow.

Awful. I bought Casaluna firm pillows before. I thought these were the same ones. I was sadly mistaken when I got home to use them. I will be returning them after using them for two weeks. They are completely flat. They were $50 a piece

These were very nice pillowed at first but after 6 weeks that are completely flat. Bought Feb 13 it’s March 30 today. These pillows have gone completely flat. Target was having a huge bedding sale so I bought 2 of these pillows. I only sleep on one pillow a night and switch them out during the week since I wash my sheets every 4 days so I am always rotating my main pillow in and out. I have had ama zon pillows for 2 years that looked brand new.

Waste of money. I bought these pillows October 25,2025 and it’s now March 2026 and they’re flat. For $40 each I expect a nicer product.

Totally flat with no support after a couple of months. Causing terrible back and neck pain.

This is the worst pillow ever. I have purchased the same brand pillow in the past and it lasted over a year. This one didn’t even last a month before going completely flat. I have never been so disappointed and sick over $50.

I’ve had this pillow for several months now and it’s completely deflated in the middle. There’s a huge dip where my head lays. I fluff it every night and put it in the dryer, but nothing brings back the shape. Waking up with neck pain, too. Really disappointed.

Bought this pillow last year and it was great for about 7 months and started to go flat giving me headaches so I replaced it with the same one and paid $5 more and it is not as thick or comfy gave me a headache and had to flip it through out the night. Will be returning.

Horrible pillow for the price

Doesn’t hold its shape, just bunches up. Not worth the price at all

The first few nights, especially night one, we felt like we were sleeping on a cloud! The pillow was soooo comfy. After what felt like days later our pillows became flat and lumpy. We are extremely disappointed in these pillows. You think $40 for a single pillow would mean something but NOPE!

I LOOOOVE THIS PILLOW. If you hate it, you may just have real sleep issues. I’ve had it for about 6 months and it’s still the best sleep I’ve had in years.

Piece of crap pillow, got SO lumpy and flat after a month of use

This pillow lasted 3 months for both me (back and side sleeper) 2 months and my husband (stomach) before they were completely unusable. They bunched up on the sides and ended up super clumpy and flat. I would not recommend. I've bought pillows for half the cost for 5x the use.
