Dr. Scholl’s Fungal Nail Clear & Cure Swabs offer an effective solution to treat fungus*, and to improve the appearance of nails in as little as 2 days. The dual-action product contains one swab with 1% Tolnaftate, an antifungal ingredient that both cures and prevents fungus*, keeping nails healthy and protected. The second swab works to lighten and smooth discolored nails and help to restore clarity and texture for healthier-looking nails. With a simple snap-and-swab application, they’re easy to use and mess-free.
Each pack includes 30 individual treatments, with 30 antifungal swabs to treat and protect against fungus* around the nail, and 30 whitening swabs to lighten and improve the appearance of nails.

Why It Works:
Unlike most fungal nail treatments that only target the fungus OR improve nail appearance quickly, Dr. Scholl's® Fungal Nail Clear & Cure Swabs offer a complete, dual-action solution. With one swab containing an antifungal (1% Tolnaftate) to eliminate fungus around the nail and one swab with a whitening formula to restore nail color, this solution tackles both the infection and discoloration at the same time. How To Use:
STEP 1 - GREEN SWAB (Antifungal)
1) Wash the affected area and dry thoroughly
2) Snap off the tip of the green (antifungal) swab below red line. Liquid will begin flowing into the other end of swab tip. The swab applicator allows for easy application to the skin around the nail.
3) Apply a thin layer of liquid over the affected area twice daily (morning and night) or as directed by a doctor
4) Allow the nail and surrounding areas to dry. Use only one swab per treatment Re-seal pouch after each use
5) For athlete’s foot and ringworm use daily for 4 weeks. If condition persists longer, consult a doctor. This product is not effective on the scalp or nails. When dry, proceed with step 2.
STEP 2 - BLUE SWAB (Whitening)
1) Wait for the antifungal treatment to dry thoroughly before using the whitening swab.
2) Snap off colored tip of the blue (whitening) swab below red line. Liquid will begin flowing into the other end of swab tip.
3) Apply directly to the nail and under the free edge of the nail. Cover the nail fully until swab liquid is depleted to help lighten nail.
4) Allow the nail to dry for several minutes. Use 1-2 times daily for desired result.

It’s definitely helping! The directions say you should start to see results in 2 days, that’s a bit misleading in my opinion. Unless it’s a severe case of fungal or darkness. Mines wasn’t. I don’t have a specific fungal I had a doctor look at me first before I went about buying it. This is just me and how I went about with applying it, I used it twice a day I used the fungal treatment although it wasn’t needed on both feet, let it dry down without socks for 20 minutes since it is oily, than applied the whitening treatment and let it dry for 20 minutes, this is great way to do it for a self care night and you’re just home. I had no issues breaking the colored tip at all, like some said they did. Just follow the instructions product will run down the clear part down the opposite end,and just apply it. Very easy. One Qtip for each will work on both feet or hands. Attachment of after and before two week pictures. My main issue is why I have dark toe nails on certain areas is I wear dark nail polish regularly even if I wear a clear coat underneath and I do give my toes regular breaks but definitely going to be that more often and I don’t use local nail shops

I put this on and I started to see results in like 3 days. I can wear sandals and not be trying to hide my toes. It's 30 treatments so its enough to help

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are very easy to use and you get a lot of them in one package. However, the liquid takes a while to dry/absorb into the nail, which is slightly inconvenient. For that reason, I have not been consistent and have not noticed a huge change.

I get quite a few of them as well.

When I reached for Dr. Scholl's Fungal Nail Clear and Cure, I did so because this brand has - for decades - been the go-to for everything foot related: arch aches, foot funk, sneaker smell, even new comfy shoes. This 2-step pack has everything to get rid of the fungus AND brighten nails so your feet will not only healthy but also look beach ready. And it is ridiculously simple: snap one end of the 'step 1' swab and apply, then repeat with the 'step 2' swab. Boom. Done. Using daily until the pack was empty yielded excellent results. The only next step now is to buy a pack for my other half so HIS feet get up to par.

The top picture shows my before and the bottom shows after a month of use. The purple toenail was due to someone stepping on my foot, not related to the product.

The easy and clean application is great. Even though I got this in exchange for a review I would highly recommend it. It took care of my nail issues much faster than other products and was much easier to use and a lot creamer application.
