One thing about me that I really wish I could change is the amount and quality of sleep that I get on a nightly basis. I have noticed that the older I get (pre-menopausal) the less sleep I get and what sleep I do get is usually in very small intervals. I really don't have any problems falling asleep but staying asleep is a different story. I'm usually up and down every hour and take it from me, that's no way to live! I really don't care for any heavy sedatives at night because I can't seem to fully wake up the next morning but that wasn't the case at all with these gummies. These are 100% drug-free so there was no "hangover" effect in the morning. I also noticed that I was up & down a lot less throughout the night and I was sleeping a lot longer and a lot more soundly. The GABA plus magnesium has made such a difference in the quality of sleep I'm getting at night. I also noticed that it gives you a calming effect, or a more relaxed feeling before falling asleep and it's nothing heavy or drug induced. They have a very pleasant cherry flavor that my whole family enjoyed and I also appreciate the fact that they're non-GMO with NO artificial flavors or artificial dyes. They're also vegetarian & gelatin-free so that makes this product great for the entire family. I do plan on buying this product in the future and incorporating it into my bedtime routine and I highly recommend trying this product out for you and your family too!

It has melatonin to help you fall asleep, Gaba that supports good sleep, magnesium and B6. Botanical blends and none of the bad stuff. The flavor is out of this world! It taste like a fresh cherry just picked with a small tartness to it, hands down the best tasting flavor I have tried in a supplement. The texture is perfect too. It’s not the rubbery type texture, when you bite into it, it’s a smooth chew. I will be buying more and keeping this on my nightstand. Just a fabulous product!

I love the texture and it’s a nice wide mouth bottle, easy to get them out. They aren’t sticky at all! Definitely one to tip into the lid to take unless you want messy hands! They do taste like cherry, I’ll give them that. I’m not a huge fan of sour things and these were a bit tart for me. That might just be because it’s cherry though. The texture of the gummies are a little more on the grainier side of gummies. Think of softer gummies and not chewy gummies. They did help me fall asleep in about half an hour’s time. I was a bit surprised by that! I did still wake up through the night, so it didn’t necessarily grant me the “stay asleep” portion of the promise the bottle made. I tested this for a week before submitting my review and honestly had the same result every night. I’ll likely take the rest of the bottle (carefully so I don’t get sugar everywhere). Six out of ten sheep. Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m off to take a nap.

I think they could be a little less sugar coated, but other than that they are good. They seem to be helping with my sleep, I suffer from insomnia. I still wake at night but it’s been less frequently and I can fall asleep faster. I don’t wake up feeling groggy at all. These are definitely something I will continue taking and hope to see more positive improvements to my quality of sleep.
