I started using it after noticing how sore and stiff my hand and thumb can get at the end of the day, and it has honestly helped a lot. The roll on makes it easy to apply without getting it all over my hands, and the cooling then warming feeling kicks in fast. It loosens up the stiffness and helps my hand feel more relaxed before bed. I also like that it does not have that super strong smell some pain products do. It is more calming and subtle, and it has become part of my nighttime routine now.
