Electricity Failed near end of 2 year warranty - Save your recipts!
I was in love with this waffle maker. It made the best waffles I've ever had - even in nice restaurants. However, it simply stopped working and would not heat at all. I am hoping that All Clad will replace the appliance, even if I only get another two years from it.

Love at first waffle
Got tired of the Cuisinart breaking down every few years, so my priorities were: 1) simple design to minimize breakable components (didn't want the fancy digital display with various settings for different styles and types - we cook one kind of waffle with one type of batter) 2) industrial quality 3) removable plates for easy cleaning This model meets those needs, and we were thrilled to find out that the waffles were actually more delicious than what we've been eating for years! Something about the shape and consistency of the heating makes the texture particularly good. The whole family is very happy with it so far!

Solid and heavy and large
This was purchased to replace our round waffle maker that we had for many years but needed to replace as the Teflon material was flaking off this is much larger than I would like in size and weight. I wish the smaller round version was still available. That being said, this is a solid machine and makes perfect Belgian waffles to perfection.

Fantastic Waffle Maker
This waffle maker is fantastic. I skipped the one with the circuit board and stuck with a simple dial to minimize parts that break, and I don't regret it. This thing cooks reliably, is a breeze to clean, and feels like a quality appliance that will last the rest of my life.

We love it! Got it for Christmas. Made a batch to test it, found we liked #2 setting. Christmas day, we had a big brunch and it worked like a champ. We did at least 40 waffles and everyone loved them.

I was nervous about this purchase given the reviews and cost. I'm happy to report that this appliance is amazing. There were zero faulty issues, and it worked brilliantly as advertised. I used a simple waffle recipe, and the non-stick surface coating never failed me. Although I had a rubber spatula handy, I simply hand plucked every waffle with ease. Buy with confidence!

Still going strong after 20 years.
I have had one for over 20 years and LOVE it! I love this waffle maker so much I purchased one for our vacation home. I HIGHLY recommend this machine.

Not Great
Had this for about four years. It worked pretty well but this morning had smoke billowing out and tripped the gfi outlet. Glad I had a gfi or I have no idea what this thing would’ve done to my house.

Perfectly Cooked Waffles, Toxic Non-Stick Finish
Makes great waffles! However, I wish the finish was ceramic nonstick and not PTFE, which is known to give off measuable amounts of harmful chemicals (PFAS), no matter what the claims. We don't make waffles often, so I try not to think about it.
