  • A: There are 3 drain plugs in the rear to drain/flush. And no I do not believe it keeps ice frozen. I've had mine for a couple months now and the ice maker cycles often to replace melted ice.

  • A: No but you have to push and hold the hot button for 3 at the same time as the big cup button. Once it starts flowing you can stop pushing the hot button. The hot trickles out ( 1 min to fill my mug)

    Half and half

    To this day, I have mixed feelings about this product. I purchased it a little over two months ago and followed all the steps outlined in the manual before plugging it in. Initially, everything worked perfectly, but now the ice-making component has started malfunctioning. Furthermore, when using the hot water function, only a tiny trickle comes out; I’m not exaggerating when I say it can take me a little over three minutes just to fill a single cup of hot water—whereas with the cold water, my glass fills up in less than 10 seconds.

    It was good but now having issues

    I loved my product and Iceman but now it is struggling to reach the 3 light cold temperature and is flashes the ice symbol and not making ice. The cold temperature stays at one dot. Help, please.

    This unit is very noisy!

    This unit is very noisy, even when the ECO setting is turned on. When in ice making mode the unit vibrates. Hollow metal configuration, no sound deadening insulation. Sounds like a hammering noise. The Primo unit I had before ran quite. However it did not have the ice making system.

    Not cooling - no ice

    Bought this dispenser in Nov 2025 and it worked great, but it is a little loud when agitating the ice or when the fan is running. In April, it stopped cooling all together. The ice light flashes blue. Tried turning off for 24 hrs and no luck.
