It Really Works
This brewer’s yeast really works! I add it to hot chocolate and drink it before bed. The next morning, my first pumping session yields notably more than it usually does. I’d say that this product tastes the way risen bread dough smells right before it’s baked. The flavor is subtle but it’s there and it does take some getting used to. Hot coco disguises the flavor pretty well. I also enjoy adding it to chocolate, peanut butter, and banana smoothies. It’s definitely worth a try.

It helps with milk supply!
It definitely help me increase my milk supply, it does have a taste, it’s not to bad though. It’s worth the buy though. I mix it with my smoothies every morning & I have notice an increase.

Clogged duct
Unfortunately this product caused me to develop a really bad clogged duct. It came on after three days of taking the brewers yeast. I would only suggest this product if you have a true supply issue. I haven’t been engorged or had any clogs since month one postpartum so this was very unfortunate and painful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This brewers yeast has the most mild flavor of all I’ve tried, easy to mix into shakes, yogurt, oatmeal, granola etc. Helpful to increase and maintain milk production for sure! The pouch isn’t the best to close but it could easily be transferred and stores other ways.

Works Well
I add it to my coffee! It’s made my milk supply come back after my supply dropping. I like it with pumpkin spice and pumpkin spice creamer, makes it so you can’t taste it. You do want to stir it before every drink. That makes it not gritty when you get towards the end of the coffee.
