This cleanser gave me a rash on my neck and face. Would not recommend. I don’t even have sensitive skin and use tons of actives such as tretnoin, benzoyl peroxide, and this was just horrible.

Can’t get over how awful it smells

My sister recommended this brand for their gentle face wash. I have bery oily skin, yet, I don't like gel-liquid type of cleansers because they are very drying for me, which can strip your skin and cause it to produce more oil. Don't be alarmed when it comes out as a gel. It will turn into a creamy type cleanser as you rub it in. It feel so luxurious. I'm not even into using a bunch of skincare like some others are (because I'm kind of simple/lazy with my skincare, but I really like this a lot. I use a compound rx face cream which contains: tretinon, niacinamide, hydroquinone, kojic acid and hydrocortisone (rotating off and on the formula with and without the hydroquinone to prevent problems). My dermatologist said that tretinon/retin-A is the gold standard and a must-have staple that out-performs any other product you could use. With that being said, I would definitely recommend everyone concered with either skin maintenance, acne or anti-aging to implement this into their skincare. However, this is an awesome face wash that complements your skincare routine. I would couple it with a good moisturizer and some serums if you're into that. Highly recommend.

This cleanser perfectly balances cleaning your face without disrupting the skin barrier! My skin feels so hydrated and plump after using. Definitely recommend for people with dry skin.

My skin it very dry from using harsh products and the sun and possible the heart / environmental conditions. I washed my face with this product and my face looks so good. The redness in my face has calmed down barely noticeable. And the wrinkles on my face a barely viable as well. And my pores look small too.

I have very dry skin and went through countless cleansers that just left my skin feeling tight and irritated. The gleanser is a game changer. I have a full size on my sink and travel sizes in my to-go bag and shower. You won't catch me without it

This face wash completely messed up my skin. I don’t have very sensitive skin, but have developed type 2 rosacea over the past year and bought this to see if it helped. It’s did not. It completely clogged my pores and caused a huge breakout of whiteheads like I’ve never experienced. My forehead, nose, and cheeks are wrecked. My skin has turned dry as I come into my mid twenties, and this product made me feel like I was back in high school with the acne and the oil on my skin. I would try this with caution — if you see any sort of breakouts, stop using it.

This has been the best cleanser I've ever used, it works so well at cleaning without drying or irritating.

So adorable and love the travel sizes- it would be nice if the travel sizes were able to be refilled from the larger bottles- but a great product!

My first Prequel item and I love it !! Gathered up nicely in a soft , fluffy lather , didn't strip my skin at all . Left it soft n supple . I'll be buying more of this line no doubt !!

Love this is now available in travel size. I’ve been using this cleanser for about year or so, absolutely best for dry mature skin .

I have tried so many cleaners and I always have one issue or another with them. Either the consistency and/or smell is unpleasant, it's too drying, etc. This is the perfect cleanser! It doesn't make my skin feel right or dry, it doesn't have a smell and has a nice gel consistency. The only reason for 4 starts instead of 5 is because the packaging does not allow for easy refilling. The full size is so big, it would be great to be able to refill the travel size from it!

Got travel size to try out. Like it. Little thick/richer than thought but feels good using on face and neck. Takes bit longer to rinse off but skin looks and feels great afterward.

I LOVE this cleanser. It lathers beautifully, you don't need much and it rinses clean. I wish I'd bought the full size. Next order for sure.

Doesn’t lather hardly at all, face didn’t feel clean even after 2nd washing. Expected much more.

loving this already!! I have super sensitive & dry skin. La roche’s cleanser made my skin burn so I was hesitant to try another drugstore cleanser but this one has blown me away after a week of use. It gives you a serious glow & really does cleanse the skin well! I can’t wait to try more of their products.
