Their customer service is bad. They will not help you even just inquiry of the device or something is wrong with it. They will say they cannot help you if you buy their product in other retail stores. Like mine it passed return window so i don't have a choice but to throw it. Waste of money.

This is hands down one of the worst purchases I’ve made in a long time. The very first time I used it, it gave off a strong burnt/chemical smell—and no, it didn’t “burn off” like some tools do. It soaked into my hair AND my extensions and would not come out, even after multiple washes. Imagine spending money on a hair tool just for your hair to smell like it’s been fried every time you use it. Completely unacceptable. And before anyone says “user error”—no. I know how to use hot tools, and I’ve never had this happen with any other brand. What really pushed this into 1-star territory is the company’s response. Instead of standing behind their product, they hide behind where it was purchased and push you off to the retailer. So basically, if you don’t buy directly from them, don’t expect them to take responsibility for a defective product. A “warranty” that disappears based on where you bought it isn’t a real warranty—it’s just marketing. Between the smell, the damage risk, and the zero accountability, this is not worth your money. There are WAY better tools out there that won’t leave your hair smelling like a burnt plastic nightmare.

I hate it
It is way to hard to use in my hair. It just leaves it looking messy. It is also clunky and heavy. I know it has an auto off feature, which is great in theory, but it keeps turning off after a couple minutes if I put it down, not 30 minutes like it says.

Surprisingly heavy
This is not as easy as the commercials (props to them they made me purchase) but it’s extremely heavy! And you need a hand to slide the hair in because the opening is very narrow. I have pretty long hair so it was hard to slide it in and then clamping it was not easy because the whole device is heavy but also much heavier at the clamp side so hard to balance with one hand. Don’t recommend.

over hyped
way to big and bulky. doesn't make even waves, spots that you do first end up straight as you get to the bottom of the strand (without pulling your hair down, I always push it up into what I just did to keep the wave and it usually works) it just caused a frizzy mess.

Very heavy & huge
I was shocked at how heavy and big this was. My hand was aching using it. My hair smelt very burnt, verses my other hot hair tools. Wasn't impressed

This thing is huge and heavy! I also burned my head the first time using it (I know, partially my fault). My arms were aching halfway through and it didn't do much for my hair (all hair is different). So, I'm not impressed and, honestly, I am a little upset because I thought I had found the perfect waver. The color is nice though (pink).
