Love my Frame

I love it, however the backlight on the right side has been failing lately. comes and goes. not sure if the newer models have the same issue but it definitely has me thinking twice about buying another The Frame. may try another model. The new Samsung Smart interface is pretty good though! has me using it more than my Chromecast.

Defective TVs
This generation of Samsung Frame TV is technically deficient in every way. The video and audio are not crisp and the audio and video inevitably fall out of sync with one another approximately 5 to 15 minutes into any show. This generation of Samsung Frame TV also suffers from significant latency issues in turning on and off and switching between programs and apps. When I tried to invoke my warranty to get TVs that were not defective, the Samsung troubleshooting rep repeatedly gas lit me despite the clear evidence of deficiencies. I will never buy Samsung again and I suggest you do not either.

Samsung’s The Frame TV is disappointing, to say the least. I purchased this television only 8 months ago and now it is completely unresponsive. It is obviously defective. I don’t want it repaired. I want it replaced or refunded, but clearly Samsung does not stand behind its products.

Also the qsymphony is not that easy to use, I have it active but my TV speakers isn't working just my sound bar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall TV is great. It is though more for decoration rather than for using as a normal TV. Not direct option to turn it off but need to press and hold power button is not very convenient in the evenings. Also have in mind that actually TV is in a separate box that you need to place somewhere and you have a kind of transparent cable but with big jacks from each side that you can't slide in a hidden tube behind the TV.
