Carote 24pc Ceramic Nonstick Cookware Set with Detachable Handle Cream

This cookware set is really delicate; if you want to keep it in perfect condition, use it only for boiling water.

These pans are terrible. They got the looks down but the rest is very low quality. I had them for 6 months and they are trash. The bottom bronze seal of the pan is melting on our stove top.

LOVE. they’re so easy to clean. With the detachable handles it’s so easy to store them neatly. They cook everything very evenly.

The material is lightweight but durable. Heats up super quick and is nonstick. The removal handles make for easy storage!

Loved them when I first got them at Christmas. But now all the food sticks I can’t get them clean!

Loved these so much when we first got them but the handles started to discolor pretty quickly. Then today, just 2 months after purchasing, one of the handles actually started to melt and left a burning rubber smell throughout the house.

1 Star – Absolutely Terrible Company & Customer Service I purchased a CAROTE pots and pans set less than 30 days ago, and it was defective right out of the box. You’d think a company would stand behind a product that’s not even a month old — CAROTE does not. Instead of honoring a simple warranty replacement, they told me they “don’t know” when they can replace it because the color I purchased is no longer available. Their solution? Send me random mismatched colors. That is completely unacceptable. I didn’t pay for a Frankenstein cookware set. Customer service was incredibly rude, dismissive, and utterly useless. No accountability, no timeline, no effort to make things right. Just excuses and a “too bad” attitude. I felt talked down to and brushed off, as if standing behind their own product was somehow my unreasonable request. This company clearly cares more about pushing products than supporting customers once they’ve taken your money. If you value basic warranty protection, respectful treatment, or competent customer service, do yourself a favor and buy from literally any other brand. CAROTE has proven they cannot be trusted to stand behind their products. I deeply regret this purchase.

I would not recommend purchasing this pot set. Although it’s nice for a small space and they’re very non-stick, the two attachable handles have burned after only a few uses. We don’t use high heat on our gas stove however that doesn’t seem to matter. It’s a big fire hazard and the smell from the burning. I also reached out to customer service and have not heard back for weeks.

I’ve only used the pans a few times and so far they are great.

It truly is nonstick and supper easy to clean! Supper happy!
