Looks like most of the people reviewing this item are still learning how to cook. Just save a ladel full of the pasta water and add a couple tablespoons to the sauce base and it'll melt properly and it's super creamy. The flavor and smell are subjective of course (I have to admit it smells like a dirty foot but tastes pretty good).

Tastes like butt for real. Do not waste your money. The boxed regular Goodles are amazing but this is an atrocity. I won't even let my mom donate it to the food pantry it's so bad.

I love goodles but couldn't even eat this. The cheese does not melt and it is way too thick. Feels like I'm eating spoonfuls of plastic cheese. I don't mind the taste so much but the texture is BAD.

Not my favorite, but I added a dash of cayenne pepper and it really added to the spice and made it much more enjoyable. Definitely try adding a little bit more spice, if you aren't sure if you like the flavor. The creamy sauce packet does melt, but you could add milk if you want it less thick and creamy. I rotate between the different flavors of goodles everyday and I'm glad to say I made this one pretty good, giving me more variety to choose from.

Wanted to like this one! We love the white cheddar saucy version, but the queso flavor and smell was really kind of gross. Off-putting smell, and tasted like it smelled. The sauce didn't melt as well as the white cheddar version either.
