I bought this for my daughter. Here’s her comments: It’s working great! We finally got a good night sleep during the heatwave I like that the light goes off so it’s not bright in the night it’s not as noisy as most and it has a clean look to it!

I had high hopes for this AC with all the good reviews but that definitely isn’t the case for me. The cooling is terrible, the room gets cool but by no means to the temperature it should for an AC unit. I’ve had other window ACs and this no way comes close to how they cooled the rooms. In addition, it leaks. I read online that this is happened to others with the same AC. One person even kept a bowl under hers. And yes, it’s been installed correctly. I love the looks of it and how it’s pretty quiet but that doesn’t really matter because the purpose of the AC is for cooling. So disappointed!

Still getting use d to the unit. So far does not cool the room as quick as I expected as I oversized the unit for the intended room. Second night using the unit it turned off. There was not a power outage nor did a breaker trip. Monitoring to see if it happens again. I expected better performance for the price.

Purchased this AC summer 2024. It was working well until water started leaking from the front. The ac bracket support we are required to have in NYC prevents my AC from tilting. I have an AC that I basically can’t use, to have to drain it manually is an inconvenience.

I am not strong. Yet I was able to single-handedly install the 10K a/c by myself within an hour. When I turned it on, there was a little bit of noise. Now that it’s been two days, it’s basically silent. Highly recommend. I also love that the air blows out on the sides and not through the face — much more comfortable this way if you place it in front of your bed or desk. Really lovely design, both aesthetically and functionally.

We got this for our primary bedroom since it is so expensive to cool our entire home through central air for one room. We love the look of Windmill units compared to other window based options. It’s super effective, and cools the room really quickly while also being quiet. Installation was also very easy! Would absolutely recommend!

The a/c unit was easy to install by a trusty friend. I waited to write this until we had hot weather. It works beautifully. I really like that it doesn’t blow cold air right at us, but angles up. We do also use a ceiling fan in that room, but could do without it and the unit would still keep us comfortable.

After thoroughly researching AC units I decided to purchase a Windmill 10,000 BTU whisper tech. I am more than satisfied with the unit. Not only is it quiet, powerful and quickly cools my large home, it is aesthetically pleasing and easy to install and navigate. While 1 unit was enough, I ended up buying a second unit. Had to contact customer service for minor issues and they were quick, understanding, responsive and quickly and surprisingly corrected my issue above what my expectations were. Highly recommended this AC!

The A/C is quiet and looks great but, it doesnt really get the room cold very well. Not a huge fan of the air up design but its not horrible its just I can turn it on and set it to high at the lowest setting and wont even feel much temperature difference for a few hours even though its the right size btu for my room. I wanted to love it, it was easy to install and to connect to on the app but it just doesn't do the one thing i needed, cool the room at a reasonable speed. I also was pretty disappointed by the filter, its only a few inches big in the center of the intake where as for the price and advertising of it i expected it to cover the entire area and not just a small portion in middle so it doesn't seem like itll do too much.
