      Absolutley horrible

      I bought this moose and tried it out. It’s literally smells like a pee and vomit mixed. It made me throw up three times in one hour because I couldn’t get the smell washed out of my hair. Absolutely do not recommend.

      The only hair product I need

      I've tried a bunch of different routines and products for my wavy hair, but ultimately, I ended up just sticking with this mousse. It's literally the only product I use to make my hair wavy, soft, and shiny. I saw that some reviews complain about it making their hair crunchy– once your hair is dry, you're supposed to "scrunch out the crunch". Meaning, use your hands to squeeze your hair in an upward motion to get rid of the crunchy texture and leave your hair with a soft, wavy texture. NYM should probably include this step in the directions on the packaging; I only know this from watching YouTube videos. People have also mentioned the smell, which isn't my favorite either, but it doesn't make your hair smell weird. My partner actually compliments how my hair smells after using it. My only complaint is that the mousse comes out super fast; you have to dispense it for the shortest amount of time possible to not get too much. But I love the product so I'm still giving it 5 stars!

      I like it

      I have straight hair and I didn’t come to the conclusion it might not be for my hair type, I might try the other mousse they offer. However, this one still made my straight hair look pretty curly!! My hair was pretty dry before I did anything so I went back in with water to dampen it and when I put the product in it did make my hair a little stiff so I went back in with some hair oil and I think that helped.

      Fine for a quick one day style

      Gives a decent hold but leaves my hair feeling greasy and coated, even after breaking the cast. Does not work well for multiple day styling for my hair.

      Fragrance

      I love the mousse but the smell is god awful. Please, please make it unscented of just change the scent all together. It stinks when you put it on and my god if you go swimming the stench is awful.

      [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product left my curls defined and moisturized. The scent of the product isn’t too strong which I like. The product is easy to use, just spray some into your hands and scrunch. This stuff works like a charm! I like that it is affordable and found most places as well.

      Lid breaks easily

      I love the product but this is the second time I buy a bottle and the lid breaks so I can’t get the product out and there’s so much product still in the bottle. I don’t want to keep buying a new one.

      Curls and waves

      Sticky, stiff

      Absolute garbage. This dried out my hair so badly and didn't rinse out well. It was crinkly and gross. The balm is amazing however!
