Meh, I liked my 920xt better
I broke my 920xt trying to repair a button so I bought the 570 to replace it. For me, the 570 has way more features than I need. There's no way to turn off step counting and the optical heart rate monitor outside of time activities like running and this eats into battery life. And apparently the keeping the screen on all the teams eats the battery as well. I just need this thing for running and hiking and I'd like it to just be a watch the rest of the time. The best compromise I could come up with is to put the watch into power saving mode when I'm not running and the battery lasts a lot longer.

Excellent for Running
Ironically for a runner I like this one a lot more than the more expensive bulky Enduro. More agile, light, better screen brightness. On my drawback is less battery duration but 11days is pretty darn good.

Exactly what I wanted
This watch is more than what I wanted it monitors my swimming and I use treadmill for jogging in the pool. It does so much more it even has a screen lock so the water does change the screens on you while exercising.

It has been a good wearable.
I purchased this to replace my Fenix 3hr that gave up the ghost after 10 years. My primary use is cycling, mid distance running and Nordic skiing this Winter. I like that the 570 is much lighter than the chunky 3hr. The elevation data is more accurate. Wrist hr is much improved over the 3hr, but I usually wear a Garmin chest strap. It has a yoga app unlike my 3hr (I had to purchase a yoga app from a 3rd party for my 3hr). The controls on the 570 are intuitive and easy to use. I often use the 570 with an older Garmin Edge 500 head unit for cycling. Both the Edge 500 and the 570 have similar command buttons, like stop/pause and resume, I use when I come to stop sign busy road crossing while cycling. So far it has been an improvement over my Fenix 3hr.

So many features
I wish I had the time and energy to really put this device through it's paces. There are so many different exercises that can be tracked. And to think, I was going to get the professional model!

Great Battery Life Easy to Use
I love my new Garmin. I had an older Garmin which compared to my Apple Watch was hard to use just because it wasn't as intuitive and also, I do like the touch screen. My new Garmin 570 is very intuitive and easy to use and it has a touch screen. The battery lasts forever too!! Love it so much!!!

Great watch, decent software
I bought this about a month ago and it has been a pretty good watch. The garmin forerunner 570 is a great watch that I have enjoyed many things about. I really like the lactate threshold features and the race predictions. I enjoy seeing my possible times improve. I’m not making this a detailed review, but I think that this watch is too expensive for what it is. Hardware wise, it’s very similar to the 170. Its main upgrade is software. I think that garmin shouldn’t charge as much as they do for this watch because it’s only slightly better in terms of software.

Great watch!!!
AMAZING!!! I will never go back to an Apple Watch for the battery life alone! Due to the color screen and wearing it 24/7 (tracking sleep, workouts, stress levels, etc) I have had to charge it twice, which is also very quick! I love how on the Garmin app for a strength training workout (how it does it, I don't know) it shows you the targeted muscles you worked after your work out is completed, i was unknowingly working out an area I was not targeting so it helps correct imbalances! I love that you can still personalize the watch faces, maybe not with personal photo's but its not needed! Love that I still get calls/texts/notifications/music/podcasts etc through it!

Beats my old Fenix pro 6!!
Happy with the 570 so far. Love that I can read the screen, while running, biking and swimming! Happy with the preloaded workouts, I’m in a kettlebell class, I’ve been using the strength workout but doesn’t seem like the right one. Battery life is good. Not happy with; after setting the sound/lap counter off, it starts up again; also not sure if I’m bumping the watch or what but different screens will be open, like the music or connect to a device…… Still learning all the functions!

Great pack of training and health insights
So I have been using the foreigner 570 For about More than six months now and it's going great No issues so far no lagging I specifically use it for my yoga strength training meditation and running And the important Feature where Garmin shines says that you can create your structure workouts and execute that workout as part of your training So your watch on your wrist gives you important clues up off Of the current activity steps and so on the amount of training sites that you get ending Day-to-day use is awesome Another feature which I like is how much we can customize the data screens when doing a workout so your data screen can be customized specifically for a specific type of workouts you can entirely copy an existing activity and create a new one And not to say on top of that it adds several health features like sleep coach sleep in sites these are very detailed your training readiness although it looks like your training readiness is more specific to training but then it also takes into account your various other health insights like your stress like your sleep your HRV It has something like health status which is similar to whites app And since the foreigner 570 has the Temperature sensor built-in it gives you loads of information about your health vitals once you wake up the evening and morning report are just great and it's an entire distraction free device You wake up in the morning you check your morning report to see how well you have recovered you don't have to pick up your phone to watch your or to check your Overnight vitals this is simply great and the amount of features that you that is packed within this particular device is simply awesome It's worth every penny spent on this device And not to say that it's gonna last four years Garmin bad qualities is just next level

Forerunner 570 Welcomed Addition
Excellent addition too my abundant collection of Garmin Watches. Drawbacks are not enough useful apps in Connect IQ store I am looking for. In addition, the watch apps should be universal and install on all devices like hunting/fishing, Asian Calendar, etc. Would love too have less expensive options for flexibility. In addition, Connect + should be given for a year free trial with these upper end fitness devices

So far, so good!
I've been using the Forerunner 570 for about 1 month. To date, I've used it on runs, swims, and inline skates. Coming from having an old Garmin Forerunner 735XT, the 570 is a major improvement.Just having screen scrolling and colors is huge, especially as someone with not-so-great eyesight. It seems more accurate on tracking the distance of my swims. I especially like the morning wake-up summary, which reports on my sleep and advises me on my readiness to take on different workout levels. To be honest, I haven't used the training options, and I will likely never use most of them or some other features, but still enjoy having more data available and receiving more feedback on my wrist.

Excellent Quality
I bought this to replace A Fenix 6 pro. Im happy with the purchase so far. Its not as heavy as the fenix 6 which is nice. It has all the features that I use for excersize it's water proof. The operating system is quicker than my fenix 6. Overall it's a great watch. This is the second Garmin watch I've owned. I will stay with Garmin as long as the quality and ease of use stays the same. Great watches.

Disappointed
I have had 2 knees replaced a result from past shrapnel Wounds from Vietnam. I can only swim and walk. Even though they say this is for runners I saw features that would be better than my current Forerunner 745. Those were better brightness, the voice command and the touch screen capabilities with a smart watch features.. I have only had it a couple of weeks and the ONLY feature that is GREAT Iis the screen brightness. I have contacted the Garmin support by phone 3 times because I’ve had issues with the voice command and the touch screen. They have been SUPER. We get the voice command to come up but knot consistently. When I start my swim, I say “Start swim or start Pool swim and it searches then always goes back to the watch face. So I have to use the button only to bring up activities I touch on poop swim and it goes to setup with pool size etc . I have to push the upper right button again to start. The green arrow appears and the timer starts. Then to stop the swim I have to push the button again (voice command no response) the I say save swim same issue. When I push the button (right top) the screen comes up Save, Resume, etc. I touch on save and again nothing. I try to c scroll and nothing have to use buttons. This could be me and just lack of knowledge because I still c believe that Garmin not only has GREAT products but also for GREAT SUPPORT.This is the reason for disappointment. I have Never had any thing but Garmin. I didn’t know if I should return it and move to the 970, but it’s difficult being a Vet on fixed income to pay the more cost. I saved for 6 months and waited until the 570 went on sale!!!

Love this watch
I’ve had this product for a few weeks and upgraded and absolutely love it! Much more in depth stats that I’m looking for for my running and training. No issues at all with the band and it’s very comfortable.
