Love the heat feature!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Keystone air conditioner with supplemental heat has been a great addition to our home. It cools the room relatively fast and keeps it comfortable. The supplemental heat feature is a huge bonus too, it’s perfect for those chilly mornings or evenings so you don’t have to turn on the main heat. Installing it was pretty straight forward and easy. It also comes with a handy remote control, which makes adjusting the settings and temperature super convenient from across the room. It seems to be reliable, efficient, and does what it’s supposed it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This AC/Heater is an absolute game changer. It’s easy to operate, and relatively easy to install. I will admit that it was a bit heavy to lift. Once installed, this AC’s ventilation is insane. Super strong airflow. And the fact that this can also heat makes its value that much greater. Thank you guys so much for this wonderful opportunity!

It comes with easy to read instructions and it's easy to install. I love the way it's designed. It's definitely made to last and is very durable. It comes with a remote control for easy access. It runs like a dream and you don't hear a sound either. It cools and heats amazingly. I highly recommend this product.

Great so far
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are using this in a small bedroom in my mother in laws home and this week in Texas it has been summer temps. She likes it and it cools the room very easily it was easy to install and she is happy having a cool room again. Would recommend this brand of ac depending on room size this is in a small bedroom.

Fantastic air conditioner!

It is a solid air conditioner too so it seems it’s high quality. The functions/buttons are super easy to use and it works SO quickly. No maintenance needed and after it’s used, we’re not seeing any irregular draining or issues. Super excited to have this for the summer time!

80 lbs and left on sidewalk
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This air conditioner is obscenely heavy. 80lbs, and FedEx left on the sidewalk, wouldn’t even help bring it up the steps. When I finally got it in the house, I couldn’t even set it up because the plug is not compatible with my outlets. It’s a 230v and the lines are like this -| instead of | |. I purposely picked the smaller btu which is compatible after reading that this one wasn’t, but somehow ended up with this as my selection. I can’t even use an outlet adapter since it can’t support the voltage. Sigh.

Works really good!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit it great for smaller to medium size rooms. It easily cools the room without taking long to cool it. I tried the heat option as well to test it and it works really well too but feel like it takes a little longer to heat up the room. It was easy to set up and easy to figure out how to use it.

Need an outlet adapter
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Luckily, the size of the window AC actually fits. It’s compacted and easy to install. However, my issue is the plug in is not compatible to the standard US outlet. We are not able to actually use it yet until we get an adapter.

Great Product

It comes with a remote which is nice. There's also heater mode which works well but haven't used it since it's summer but will come in handy during cooler weather.

It does not make a difference in energy consumption so your power bill won’t change just a few cents however I used this in the summer and not in the winter so the heat could possibly cost more energy. Its not super loud just a little bit louder than a normal fan. This is a 220 v if you don’t have a 220 outlet do not buy this.

Performance
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best window A/C I ve ever used and since we live in texas in the winter the Heat pump option works great. The limit of ourside temps needing to be above 41 is no problem at all. In the last the lowest recorded temp in texas where we live has only been lower than 41 for 1 day in the last seven years.
